Blue Serene Resort

We had a family get together at Blue Serene resorts over the Onam weekend.We were group of around 50 people and had the most memorable Onam celebration,with this beautiful resort contributing to it in a large way. Organizing this event was e breeze with the friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to make things easy for us.The F&B manager Mr.Sanu,our main contact person at the resort, deserves special mention for patiently putting up with all our requests and making sure that we had the best possible experience during our stay.Ms.Midhu at the front office was quite helpful too;so were all the other staff at the resort . All of us thoroughly enjoyed the specially curated food over three days.The buffet was a delightful and delicious mix,catering to various taste buds. Blue Serene as the name suggests was indeed serene and peaceful while close to the city.The backwaters added to its charm.The rooms are all large and spacious and have amazing views. The pool was an attraction too for the children.All in all,would highly recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway and for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Great value for money.Excellent location! Wonderful hospitality! A bit of fine tuning and polishing will put you up there in the league of 5 star ,boutique hotels! Thank you team Blue Serene for giving us such a memorable experience!

We had a 3 day joyous family get-together for Onam at Blue Serene Resorts. Family members from different places in India as well as abroad had come to reconnect and create new memories. The place is beautiful with Serene lake, and the wonderful boat ride., the rooms are good, service is good, food is excellent and the staff is courteous what more you want?

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We were here for a family get together for the weekend. The rooms exceeded our expectations, they were at par with any 5 star property. The staff and their hospitality were wonderful, always ready to help. We would highly recommend this property.

Blue Serene Resorts is a great choice for travellers looking for a 5 star hotel in Thrissur. Amazing resort with beautiful water front avenues and a well laid cycling track , with pool and gym , tasty food , cordial staff , clean and spacious Rooms.

The resort is five star. Rooms, backwater setting, boating, activities, food everything there was par excellent. Only half an hours driving from Thrissur town. Planning to visit again with family and close friends . It is worth the money spend.

It was an enjoyable stay. We stayed in the premium room where we got the lake facing view . The view from the room was very much relaxing ! All the staffs was very helpful through out our check out. I would definitely recommend Blue Serene Resorts to My family and friends. A big thanks to the entire Blue Serene Family 😍

I had to stay here for few days as I was on some personal work. Hotel rooms are good but in terms of service they are pathetic. House keeping services are poor. Restaurant will open by 8 30 am only. In between eve if you want a cup orf tea or coffee they don’t provide. So in total even this hotel is classified as five start not even maintained a standard of a two star property. Staff also not cooperative or they don’t give answer. I strongly recommend even by mistake guest should not stay I. This hotel.
