Average rooms, barely clean bathrooms, old rooms, average buffet breakfast, high price. Bad experience, would not recommend we had to pay 3k for an old unclean room.dass ashoka and joys palace is soo much better than this hotel, only book ****** if the above mentioned are sold out.

My expectations were down when I saw the room, it was an old one. Service was average cause I always faced issue with wifi and didn't got a proper response.. Food also becomes average cause the one I've eaten in the past there was magnificent.. Overall my experience was an average one comparing to the last session I had with ******.. need to improve on such things

The front office staff is not very cordial.We had to wait for 20 minutes to get the room key. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.Room was clean and tidy.They had renovated the rooms.It is much better compared to earlier years.The staff in the restaurant were very cordial and helpful.The receptionist should be educated how to behave with the guests.

****** Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever seen. They treated like family members. Housekeeping is excellent. The hotel is located in the heart of Thrissur.. Staff were always keep in touch with us if we have any needs...casino is the best choice in Thrissur... Thanks ****** for the good memorable days...

Location is good, food is so so pathetic they don’t know how to cook order was cancel-led twice amd the third time they brought the food it was super spicy, not expected from such a big hotel like this, rooms where ok.

Windows were broken, booked a room with king size bed but received a room with twin beds, in the description of the room it says there is a bathtub but when we asked them they told that there are no bath tubs, for a four star hotel the experience is had was very underwhelming and food was also not that great they put ginger in my vanilla milkshake

Best hotel in the city, rooms are neatly kept, all necessary amenities were available. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was awesome no complaints. Front office team was helpful. Door *** welcomed us very well. Thanks
