The hotel is by the lake. The location is super good. Book a room near the lake. The view when you open the curtains in the morning is very pleasant! The hotel's breakfast is also very good. It also has its own open-air parking lot. There is an additional fee for underground parking.

Everything is very good, the food is good, the room is clean, the scenery is good, except for the inconvenience of parking, I am very satisfied with everything else. It is recommended to eat the Sunday branch. It is good, and you can eat with the lake view.

The location of the hotel is superior, it is very convenient for shopping, eating and traveling, the room is relatively large, the facilities are newer, and the bed is very comfortable. For breakfast, the child ordered a waffle sausage set at the restaurant downstairs (extra charge), but no sausage was served. When checking out, he said he thought we didn't want sausage but we were willing to pay for the set? The waiter's brain circuit is very strange.

Nice comfortable hotel. Good restaurant on site but hotel did not have room service. Clean bathrooms but dusty room. Friendly staff but general lack of instruction/information when checking in. Parking is a problem- lack of space and instruction -Received ticket when no other cars in the same lot did.

This hotel has a great view of the lake and when the weather is nice walking along the waterfront is wonderful.

Excellent customer service during check in. Beautiful room overlooking the lake. Dining options were great and we enjoyed the live jazz band.

Property was great room was clean felt very safe. Had terrible experience with check in with staff however, the facilities themselves were a fantastic.

The hotel itself is amazing. The unfortunate thing is if you don’t pay for underground parking, you have to walk past 4 different buildings to reach the hotel.

The water front view is beautiful. Parking is quite a distance from the building which didn’t make me feel really comfortable.

The stopper on the tub didn’t work and was really looking forward to a bath. They advertise room service then charge you a $5.00 delivery fee and ask for a tip. Ordered a steak and was given wooden utensils that wouldn’t cut it. Also came in styrofoam container instead of plate so end up cutting through container and making a mess. This was a pamper myself night and did not succeed.

The check in process was super easy and the staff are to be commended for their attitude and attention to detail- Well done
