The facilities is old and worn out, i.e flooring, walls and lighting; it needs serious renovation. For the price, it's a ripped off. The location is very convenient, at the same time is noisy.

My worst experience so far. A smell of cigarettes in the corridor leading to my room, the smell was coming from an identified room, the 203, which had its door shortly open. From outside, we were able to see the room occupants smoking from their room with windows open. They were throwing out the smoke outside but there was the awful smell inside the hotel. I complained 4 times about it and no action has been taken to take care of the problem. Also, my neighboor kept hitting on the wall until over midnight and it made it hard for me to sleep. I complained 3 times about it and no action has been taken. Also, a drunk person kept calling at my room to disturb us. I asked the receptionist for knowing who was the person who kept calling me and she was unable to tell. She was also unable to check and/or prevent the calls so I have been forced to pull the plug on the phone, so it stops to ring. Without a doubt my worst hotel experience by very far. 0 effort from the staff to solve any of the numberous problems. It was a complete disaster. I also forgot to mention how dirty the alley was on my way to my room. There was chips on the carpet, used toilet paper, used dirty towels. It was obvious the staff accountable of cleaning messed up his job. To resume, bad receptionist, bad cleaner, bad service and bad neighboors. It was a complete disaster. Sincerely.

Nice hotel with friendly staff but the rooms bathroom need to be updated

Let's not talk about the poor hotel, after all, the price is here! Ctrip charged the room fee, but the hotel charged it again and still refused to refund it, then you are a fraud

It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The price is not cheap in peak season. The coffee grounds drunk by the previous guests are still in the pot, and the mattresses are speckled. But the location of the hotel, the surrounding environment is very beautiful.

Can live, cost-effective

A bit confusing with the room location, got lost a couple of times. Card key didn't work on the side doors from the out side resulting in long walks from the main entrance. Thought the price is a bit high for the condition of the property.

It was a grate place to stay the staff were awesome it was clean and quiet it was really nice having room services for food the only down side was the scatchy people asking for smokes everytime we went to our car

This property is definitely outdated. Stained walls, chipped and stained tub, thin scratchy blankets.. It could do with renovations. The front desk staff was lovely. The parking lot was covered in potholes, much like the area surrounding the hotel. This is the kind of hotel you stay in for a very quick sleep before packing up and continuing on your journey.

Unprofessional, rude staffs in the front desk and house keeping. They literally harass by knocking the door and told to get out of the room even after promising during check in for 30 minutes late checkout. Not recommended to anyone.

Room was pretty decent, breakfast was actually pretty good, did find a cockroach vibing on our closet shelf though. Everything else was cool and overall a decent albeit aged hotel

The property needs urgent care.. the paint in the room is all coming out due to dampness, room curtains torn and not even enough to cover the whole window, had to fix them using personal hair pins. The pillows were too lousy. Used towels were found hanging in the washroom behind the door. Cupboard and iron table were all dusty. No exhaust fan in washroom to allow ventilation.

Heater was broken in the room and it was a cold night. They had no extra blankets at desk and switched our room at their suggestion. The 2nd room we would told heat is working great.. it worked for about 20 mins and then just cool air coming out. We were cold all night with just one thin comforter blanket. We wore extra socks and hoodie up over our head to try to sleep and it was still cold enough I shivered all night. I told the desk. They said “oh ya” again when I said we didn’t get to sleep because of the temperature they replied “oh ya”. Will not be staying there again.

The staff was nice and friendly. The parking lot and area was full of garbage. During breakfast people not staying at the hotel came in for breakfast full of piss and stealing food. Very noisy at night time.
