The room is spacious and clean. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and introduced the delicious and fun places in the surrounding area. It is very good. It is not too far from Tianjin Station and the airport. It is more convenient. I brought my children here to travel. It feels good and I am quite satisfied.

The room is spacious with a wide view. If I have to pick some flaws, it is that the sound insulation is a little lacking, but for our family who can fall asleep as soon as we touch the pillow, it is negligible. This time I booked a room without breakfast, because I wanted to eat some Tianjin specialties such as Gaba dishes and pancakes for breakfast, so I won't comment on it. The hotel is quite classy, especially the large parking lot, which is very friendly to friends who travel by car. There is always a place to park no matter how late you come back! Friends who don't drive don't worry, just walk five minutes to Shaliu South Road Station, the transfer station for Metro Line 4 and Line 10, which is very convenient. It is six stops from the Heping Road Metro Station in the city center, and it takes 20 minutes. A very satisfying experience!

This stay at Tianjin Hotel was a great experience and deserves full praise.
As soon as we walked into the hotel lobby, the elegant atmosphere was intoxicating. There was a piano in the lobby, which was a surprise for my mother and me. My mother loves piano playing, and it was wonderful to have such a piano for her to play during the trip. She played her favorite songs in the lobby and enjoyed the happy time brought by music. The spatial design of the hotel lobby also made the piano sound melodiously reverberate, adding a touch of art to the whole environment.
The staff always maintained a warm and friendly attitude. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt meticulous care. Whether it was the efficiency and speed of check-in or the timely response to our various needs during our stay, it reflected professionalism and thoughtfulness.

The room facilities are a bit old, but very clean. The TV is easy to connect to the switch. There is no odor in the room. There is a smart toilet seat. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The key is that the scenery of Haihe River outside the window is very beautiful. The hotel is in a good location and you can walk to many famous attractions and museums.

The place to stay in Tianjin! We always stay here when returning to Tianjin. Location is the best and service is outstanding. Take Metro Line 1 - Exit XiaoBaiLou station and go out the A or D exit. A is shorter but D exit has less stairs (if you are pulling luggage). As you exit you will see the hotel directly in front of you. Rooms are of a classic design with solid walls ensuring a good sleep. Windows can be opened which is a nice feature. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. There are many shops, restaurants, parks and other attractions all within walking distance or short metro ride. We did not have the hotel breakfast this time but on prior visits it has been fantastic. Tianjin is well known for great breakfasts - do not miss the Jianbing guozi ! Thank you to everyone at the Clarion for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back soon.

The air conditioner is powerful. Although it is on a high floor, the water pressure is sufficient and the shower water is large and hot. However, there is no anti-slip mat or floor towel in the bathroom, so it will be a bit slippery after taking a shower. The room size is OK, the bedding is comfortable and soft. I have to complain about the curtains, which are relatively thin and cannot block light. There is light leakage on both sides. I thought I slept until noon, but it was only six in the morning. . .

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room,
good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!

Environment: I booked a big bed suite. The room is in a courtyard. The door is the yard. It is a lively alley from the yard. It is very convenient to several surrounding attractions. Very northern characteristics, for tourists from the south, it is also a very novel experience.
Service: The boss is very kind, we arrived in the middle of the night because of our own reasons. The boss is still waiting patiently for us to stay. There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. Location is excellent, right next to the Tianjin Station and nearby tourist attractions. Hotel rooms begin from 47 and above. Breakfast, gym and laundry locate on the top floor, 51st floor. Free parking at basement 3.
Rooms come with a great river view overlooking the city. Rooms look relatively clean and contemporary, bedsheets and towels are all clean and changed daily.
Cons:
The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway and in bedrooms. Cigarette smoke kept coming in through the door and possibly the ventilation when someone was smoking regularly in the hallway. Especially the lift waiting area was horribly strong, clothes and hair were all covered in cigarette smoke.
Small hotel, guest rooms are between 47/50, the lifts have to go from the check in lobby at first floor all the way up til 51, therefore extremely slow lifts, especially during this time of the year, Chinese new year holidays where the hotel is packed, late check-in due to the cleaners were too busy to get all the rooms cleaned up for guests to check in and get the room cards on time, breakfast buffet ran out of dining space at peak hours, guests had to queue outside the hallway.
All communal areas are small, e.g the waiting areas and the toilets at the lobby. Very tiny gym, could fit maximum 5-6 people at the same time.
Recommend to book this hotel during the off peak seasons, not a hotel for big families.

GGuest UserThis time I was really surprised. I was attracted by the big screen at the door. This hotel is on the Italian style street. The location is invincible. I can see that I have been careful. The room is very clean and I changed the room experience halfway. My suggestion is to come with the buddies. It must be a bunk bed, it feels too much, The big bed is suitable for small couples, and the sound insulation is also first-class. The front desk service was great, and there were robots to deliver meals. I asked about a set of equipment for tens of thousands. I came to a set of pancakes and fruits in the morning. It was perfect. The only thing that was not enough was that the traffic was large. The parking had to be arranged by the uncle at the door, but the uncle was very enthusiastic. The room was set in advance as much as possible. Very satisfied this time 👍

AAnonymous UserI have to boast, first of all, I didn't expect to be so close to Tianjin South Railway Station, so comfortable hotel. I heard from the manager that I just opened the store for 3 days and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The decoration is very atmospheric.
Let's talk about the service, because I didn't catch up with the high-speed rail at night with my friends, and the hotel was temporarily set. In fact, I was exhausted, and the front desk lady was very caring and thoughtful. I added my WeChat to contact her at any time, gave us a twin room to the store, and was responsible for watching the takeaway for us, and sent us upstairs with a robot.
Check out the next morning, and I remembered what I lost at noon. Miss WeChat, Miss Sister can express me to my next stop.
I can meet such a caring hotel on the trip, and my mood is really beautiful ～～～

VVerusha GovenderThe accommodation at Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua city met all the standards. The staff were friendly and spoke English. They made our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were always clean and service was great. The location was really good you were able to access Aqua city mall via the hotel at the restaurant level. There was also L+ mall across the road. The subway was 100m away and getting around the city was easy. The only think I could fault them on was that I booked a room with the street view at the top level and instead I got the top level with no street view. However the stay was great.

WWaiki AliThe room was pretty tidy, clean and spacious. I booked the hotel just because the pool but using wasn’t that satisfactory. The pool is inside a private gym and there are lots of swimming coaches who don’t let you swim because they feel they are the owner of the place. The coaches are very rude as well. The pool is not a place you can’t relax and enjoy with your family for sure. The manager of the hotel had to come to try and solve the problem which it was already too late (we have argued with 2 of the coaches because they were being impolite and crossing the line with us). To apologies, the manager gave us a 200 yuan discount ticket we could use in one of the restaurant downstairs. Overall the hotel was good, just have in mind if you want to use the pool.

GGuest UserSt Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

One of the highlights of my experience was the dining options at the hotel. Whether I was enjoying a sumptuous breakfast buffet or indulging in a gourmet dinner at the hotel's restaurant, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for every palate, and the quality of the food was exceptional.
The hotel's facilities were also impressive. I made full use of the fitness center, which was equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and I even had the chance to relax and unwind in the spa,
What truly set Crowne Plaza apart, however, was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from the concierge who helped me plan my day to the housekeeping staff who kept my room pristine.
