It's an old-fashioned apartment with basically no services. When I checked in, I talked to the landlady, took a photo of my ID card, collected the deposit, and then disappeared. I sent a long list of contracts on WeChat, which added a lot of mystery and mystery. I was worried. I stayed for a few days, and the room fee for one of the days was transferred via WeChat. I didn’t understand the reason. I was told that there was no need to clean the house, and that I could just change a garbage bag. I didn’t see anyone coming until I left, and there was another house far away from Tianjin. The road is very close, so choose carefully if you are a light sleeper.

The whole season next door is a building, the second floor Haiyou, the third floor and above the whole season, so the room is quite big. But there is no elevator, take the stairs. The disadvantage is that the second floor will be noisy, especially yesterday, rain hit the second floor platform, did not fall asleep all night. The hotel location is amazing, it's located right next to the river, so it's very convenient to go for a walk in the evening and enjoy amazing views from the both sides of the river🌆
The hotel itself is new and super tidy, the interior is very elegant and stylish. Also, it has free underground parking, which is very convenient if you come by car.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with all the questions. All the employees we met were super welcoming and spoken English even though we could speak Chinese.
The breakfast was really good, there was variety of western pastry, fruits, salad, as well as a good choice of drinks and nice coffee🥐☕️
In overall, we really liked the hotel and would love to come there again👍

The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel.
The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation.

GGuest UserThis time I was really surprised. I was attracted by the big screen at the door. This hotel is on the Italian style street. The location is invincible. I can see that I have been careful. The room is very clean and I changed the room experience halfway. My suggestion is to come with the buddies. It must be a bunk bed, it feels too much, The big bed is suitable for small couples, and the sound insulation is also first-class. The front desk service was great, and there were robots to deliver meals. I asked about a set of equipment for tens of thousands. I came to a set of pancakes and fruits in the morning. It was perfect. The only thing that was not enough was that the traffic was large. The parking had to be arranged by the uncle at the door, but the uncle was very enthusiastic. The room was set in advance as much as possible. Very satisfied this time 👍

This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out).
Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house.
Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated.

Our suite was exceptionally well equipped.
A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery.
(Everything you need, for a long or short stay).
The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends.
We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised.
There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk.
The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination.
We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it.
The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views.
Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style).
The facilities are on international standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay.
Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals.
We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.
