房間是複式的，一樓客廳有沙發、洗手盆、冰箱，二樓卧室帶衞生間，有大投影，還有一個小廳，活動空間很大，最吸引我的地方是兩層都能很好的看到外面的風景，適合靜下心來品茶、觀影、練瑜伽，體驗一種恬淡的生活♡樓下超市、餐飲、交通都很方便，停車也是免費的，總之是非常滿意的一次入住體驗！棒棒的！！！

真的很讓我驚訝，寶坻現在也有這麼舒適的民宿了，整體裝修風格很温馨，入住辦理簡單，門口隨便停車，樓下超市很方便，離潮白河公園很近，真的很不錯

設施：很陳舊，大多數都是壞的
衞生：床頭有煙頭，床單上有污漬
環境：地理位置還可以，打車距離哪裡都不遠，方便。
服務：……配有一次性毛巾，洗漱用品，拖鞋，沒有飲用水，這些一次性的毛巾用品還行，唯一加分項。
是住過最差的一次，體驗感太差！取電有提醒，但是第二天早上電自己會斷了，需要重新去按，還以為停電了。牆上的開關居然是壞的，很多櫃子門也和不上，壞的。空調沒有冷風，開一夜熱得像沒開一樣。複式樓。二樓兩張床，其中一張床在隔間內，不通風，壓抑。衞生間馬桶劣質，坐着感覺像承受不住隨時要壞。淋浴頭也是壞的，掛不穩，佈局也很奇怪，看圖吧，洗漱枱面前是洗衣機，請問站在哪裡洗漱😹
床單上有污漬，看枕頭和床單，是沒有換洗過的。我們到時太晚了，就沒有聯繫換，第二天聯繫，店家説沒有人反饋過體驗感不好，説的好像是我比較難纏。大家自己去體驗吧。最深刻的感受是，所有的設備都是最便宜的，裝修都是最劣質的。讓人一點都感覺不到用心，經營民宿衹為了賺錢嗎？這樣能賺到錢嗎？不會再去第二次，也已經投訴了攜程平台，對商家審核不嚴格。攜程平台有很重大的責任，一直因為信任攜程，都是選擇攜程定酒店民宿。可是這次真的很失望。
