房型很好，房間很大，三面落地窗都可以看到海，而且很近，一次性浴巾、馬桶墊、洗漱用品齊全。居然連濕廁紙都準備了。這個非常贊。但衞生不太好，全是污漬的布藝床頭，滿是黴點的冰箱，打開冰箱門還有異味，洗漱水池也不乾淨。做飯的鍋就別提了，也太臟了。還沒到店，就給發微信説，廚房用過的廚具要自己刷，廚餘垃圾要自己倒，否則扣錢。這個能理解，客人如果不被要求自己收拾，就會弄的很亂，但客人刷過之後，是不是也要好好收拾一下啊！在看到廚房牆上貼的告示，我就更無語了。

服務態度上，第一次溝通的時候因為在高鐵上，信號非常不好，接通以後我聽不到對方説什麼所以就先掛了，然後對方又打過來直接質問我為什麼掛了，挺無語的，你聽不到我説什麼我聽不到你説什麼那不掛了重新打必須硬等嗎？至於要質問我為什麼掛了嗎？
民宿環境衞生上，整體感覺就是挺臟挺破的，開關一碰就掉，熱水出水是我住的酒店民宿裏最最最最小的，浴室的拖鞋破且舊，説是影音房但是投影非常非常的不清楚而且畫面還不全，説是有個沙發床但我感覺沒法睡，就是個沙發而已，最無語的是手紙就那麼一點點點點點，根本不夠用，而且一次性床單收費，價格寫的特別不明顯，找了好久才看到我都以為是免費的了，就挺，大大方方的寫着怎麼了，小氣吧啦的，抱着萬一客人以為是免費的用瞭然後我又賺一點的想法寫的嗎？
周圍設施上，挺不方便的，到了手紙就沒了所有想定個手紙和水的外賣，結果都沒有，啥也沒有，啥啥都沒有，客服發的周圍的商場都是15公里左右，我是覺得在吃喝用上非常不方便

在網上對比了很多家，最喜歡泡芙家的位置和房型。第一次預訂，非常滿意，乾淨衞生，老闆給準備的一次性衞生用品和孩子趕海的用具都非常齊全，帶的很多東西都沒有用上。
房間的位置真的太棒了，本來沒有計劃看日出，但是這個位置不看日出就太可惜了，足不出户，從窗户望出去對面就能清晰的看到日出，太可了。
下樓出小區，過馬路就是趕海的灘塗，雖然沒趕上大潮，但是讓孩子感受一下也很有意思，很幸運的挖到了小螃蟹，孩子很滿足。
總之太滿意了，住的地方，吃的海鮮（泡芙家推薦的），玩的項目，都很滿意。
