We appreciated Kurt Han and Emily's attentive assistance at the front desk throughout our stay. They not only arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, but he also upgraded one of our rooms to a river view, improving our journey with beautiful surroundings. Given that we were traveling with elderly family members, Han and Emily went above to locate both rooms on the same floor, making our movements much easier!

Bathroom can be cleaner especially on the bathroom tiles. Overall, hotel room is comfortable and is complete with standard acceptable as of 4 star hotel.

Well located hotel and was easy to get to by a 20 minute walk from the metro. Friendly staff were very helpful with our queries and were able to assist us with checking in early. They also helped me book a restaurant and all spoke very good English. The hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms were well appointed. I would certainly stay there again and will look to use this brand again.

One of the best hotels in Tianjin – excellent location, great hospitality, and comfortable room settings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pacific lounge access with the warmest welcome and service there. Highly recommended!

Had the most wonderful stay at a hotel at Pan Pacific Tianjin in recent years, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of all front desk staff who were warm, welcoming and very helpful. I had a headache and as a foreigner, could not order painkillers via delivery and Leila from the front desk was really nice to help me out with it. Upon check out, the front desk staff were also all friendly and sweet (I forgot her name). I accidentally left my outerwear behind and the concierge was really helpful to help me retrieve and send it to my friend's hotel for me. It was a solo trip and witnessing such warmth and kindness overseas really made my trip memorable and I would like to thank all the staff! :) Location is perfect, just across the street from the river, and about a 10-15 minute walk from Tianjin Eye. Room is spacious and clean too. Only small room for improvement is if the ventilation can be better as there was a bit of smoke smell for a non-smoking room. But overall, Pan Pac Tianjin is a hotel I'll return to stay if I ever visit Tianjin again.

Good hotel

Generally clean and nice hotel

Room smelt of smoke, very noisy (especially the maid vacuuming and knocking on doors at night) and outside environment. Breakfast was good and staff were lovely.

Rating: 4 stars standard. Only max 3 front counters to check in /out Breakfast was ok with mostly asian food. Great soundproof door although you keep hearing slaming door with door close.

The hotel is good and located conveniently. However the breakfast spread is more Chinese rather than Western. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
