完全達不到5鑽標準，洗漱用品衹有兩個塑料袋裝牙刷，預訂前先打的電話詢問，酒店內温泉是否開放，前台接電話人員告知國慶就開了，可是我們到了之後辦理入住，被告知衹能去帝景温泉，開車都要5分鐘，而且裏面設施和10年前沒有區別，非常破

整體的服務很差很差。
我訂了兩天的酒店，住了一晚後，第二天酒店服務人員自主給我清退了。結果晚上回來後啥卡進不去，衹好去酒店前台重新激活。
激活卡後，進到房間給我極大的驚喜，有人入住了，所有物品都是別人用後的一片狼藉啊。這種結果，想想都後怕啊，萬一半夜進人了，我去哭訴都無門的。或者是當時有人在屋裡，都不敢想象會發生什麼事情。
在房間給前台打電話，結果告訴我一會安排保潔來看看，（⊙o⊙）啥意思，我都啥了，屋裡進人了，安排保潔來看看。
衹好自己有下樓找前台維權，結果就是不好意思我們的錯誤，給你造成麻煩了等等，態度非常不誠懇，絕對的窩火。
要投訴電話，告訴我沒有，不知道。就一前台來各種對付我，這種服務這種事還是頭一次遇到，不得不寫出來讓大家知道一下。
事後攜程的後台還是比較積極配合的來解決我遇到的困難，畢竟酒店是經過攜程訂的。
