The first time I came to Tianjin, I stayed at Renaissance Tianjin Hotel. Although it is called a "hotel", it is a five-star hotel with a superior location, very good environment and facilities, spacious hotel rooms, and the scenery outside the lake view room window is refreshing and pleasant. When checking in, the front desk manager Zheng Jiaqi and the receptionist Janney were very enthusiastic, kind, and explained clearly, which made us feel very good. Thank them.

I chose a lake view room, but when I checked in, the waiter told me that I could hardly see the lake view on the 5th floor because of the trees, but upgraded my room to a bigger one. Although I couldn't see the lake, the garden view was beautiful! I had lunch in the restaurant at noon, and the environment was beautiful! I just suggested that the toilet in the bathroom could be replaced.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is in place. The scenery outside the window is beautiful and the environment is elegant. Especially the lady at the service desk, she is warm and thoughtful, making the guests feel like spring breeze. If I have the opportunity to visit Tianjin, I will choose Renaissance Tianjin Hotel again.

I hope that special attention will be paid to the washing and care of the bedding, and the image of the hotel should not be affected by cleaning problems. Overall, the hotel is very good, and I will stay here when I come to Tianjin in the future.

I came to Tianjin to watch a concert, and I regretted booking the Tianjin Hotel. Although the hotel is not far from the subway entrance, it is not close to the venue and you need to transfer to the subway. The key is that the hardware of the hotel room is too bad. Three stars are almost enough, and four stars are barely enough. Can it keep five stars because it is a government reception hotel? The hardware is all very low-end brands, the single-handle faucet of the washbasin is too short, the water from the shower head hurts, and the toilet is also the lowest-end one. The room smells of cigarettes, and the man at the front desk said that there is no room to change. I went back to the room and called again, and a woman changed it. After waiting for a long time, she finally helped me change a room. In short, with such conditions, it is not recommended to stay at a room price of more than 400!
