Nice room and best breakfast. A bit far from airport but others is ok

Very quite far from noisy city and good service

The carpet is dirty, the glass is dirty, the chairs and tables are dirty, and the bathroom has paper towels. For such a big hotel, there is not even a disposable cover for the bathtub. The tone of the phone is not good, it is too deceiving.

My husband and I came to stay here at Tianda. We saw the hotel from a distance at night and it was very beautiful. The lobby is very popular. The guy at the front desk was very nice. It took half an hour for the cart to be delivered and it still didn't arrive. No one was there and they wouldn't say anything. Or we went down by ourselves and called him again and again and he just told me to deliver it again and again. It made me really angry that I didn't catch up with the train! I don’t bear this loss!
