全季酒店整體服務很不錯，洗衣服可以去前台拿洗衣液。出差旅行基本都會定全季。投屏電視很方便。這一家全季在鼓樓附近，周邊挨着新世界商場，伊勢丹商場，還緊鄰食品街。 地理位置非常好，整體服務還是不錯。救贖洗漱台在一進門的位置沒有在洗手間裏略有不方便。但是整體服務還是很滿意的～ 自助早餐一如既往的好～

非常棒，酒店工作人員看到我們一家人主動提出給更換一個稍微大點的房間。 酒店距離海河景點非常近，步行就可以到達。 退房的時候小朋友過去退的，還給了幾個小孩子的禮物🎁 非常滿意的住宿旅行

住了兩個多月終於退房了，習慣了好評，服務確實也很不錯，無論是前台還是客房服務都很周到，態度熱情，希望下次回津的時候還能繼續住在這裏。唯一小小的遺憾就是房間的抽紙質量令人堪憂，抽出紙張時會帶出一堆的粉塵，不知道是什麼材質做出的紙，有點擔憂，希望下次入住時能用到安全的抽紙。

地點：距離鼓樓步行很近 環境：還不錯，有地下免費停車場，很方便 早餐：很不錯，種類繁多，米線、麪條餛燉、還有煎餅果子！有咖啡機，全自動的！牛奶、水果、素菜沙拉，反正很全！ 服務：挺不錯，有機器人送東西，有冰箱！

酒店地處位置非常好，出行很方便，周邊鼓樓，文化街，餐飲宵夜更是極為方便。 酒店大堂裝修佈置都好，我們入住的房間，第一～三天房燈還正常，第四晚房燈失靈。 房間毛巾比較舊。希望店家階段性更新。 房間衞生做完，床是做了簡單平鋪，但在洗手枱上用完的牙膏和撕開的包裝紙，沒有丟，衞生仔細程度，還望提高。 廁紙和麪巾紙，質量不好。希望店家能有所提升，讓客人能有相對多一點的品質享受。 最後，非常感謝店家贈送的心意隨手禮。

入住天津古樓全季酒店時前台美女給免費升級了零壓高級大床房，房間非常乾淨，睡覺安靜舒服，連住了兩晚，早餐也在同樓層（7樓），樓下週邊美食也多，到古城文化街和地鐵站都很近（約600米左右），這是第3次在不同的城市住全季酒店，全季酒店的確是出行住宿的好選擇。
