A bit oldish, yet good value for money

This is the first time I didn’t give a good review on Ctrip. This one is really not good. I was very tired after a day in Tianjin. When I arrived at the store in the evening, several staff members had a heavy workload and were busy answering phone calls. It took more than ten minutes to check in. , when I got to the room, I found that there were no slippers. I opened all the cabinets and looked. I even suspected that I didn’t find them. I didn’t doubt you. Everything I could open was opened. There really weren’t any. I called the front desk to ask for slippers. They still haven’t found them in 20 minutes. It was delivered. After the second call, it took another 10 minutes to arrive. In addition, the bottom of the white bathtub was yellow, so I didn't dare to take a bath. Please also see the breakfast for 88 yuan per person.

I personally feel that I did not enjoy the five-star treatment. The service was also average. The room had no window screens, and the air conditioner did not cool. It was either stuffy or mosquitoes came in with the window open. I got up in the middle of the night to swat the mosquitoes, and the child was bitten on the face. Although I changed the room, it still did not solve the problem. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is very beautiful, the room is large and well-equipped. I was very happy on this trip. The front desk service was also very good. The room was tight during the May Day holiday, so we temporarily booked an extra room for our friend. The front desk also actively helped coordinate the room. Not only did they vacate a room for us, but they also arranged an adjacent room for us. The work efficiency was very high and very good.

There is a large outdoor courtyard, fountains, corridors, gardens... A relatively "traditional" high-end hotel with a retro style... The first floor of the hotel is also a traditional garden style, surrounded by rooms and a high and deep patio. The hotel rooms are also very large, especially the suites, which are very cost-effective. The bed is a 2-meter big bed. The settings are relatively complete. However, the last renovation of the entire hotel should be in 2013, so it looks a bit old, which is also the hotel's flaw. The service is also very enthusiastic. It is a good choice for family travel, and the cost-effectiveness will be relatively high.

The Binhai New Area is in a great location, next to a large shopping mall, very close to the Binhai Library, convenient for dining, and highly cost-effective.

I decided to move in temporarily and got upgraded to an executive room due to the off-season! The room is large, but it is indeed a bit tired. I was a little disappointed when I first entered the door. There are only two small bottles of mineral water for free in the room. I ordered two more bottles, maybe because there are few staff, it took a long time to deliver them! However, the large bed and pillows fully meet the five-star standards, and the comfort is a little surprising. The width of the large bed is at least two meters visually.  What I want to complain about is the breakfast, it’s really bad! That is to say, it is at the level of a boutique hotel, maybe a bit inferior! The occupancy rate cannot be reached, and the abundance cannot be achieved? Then you are more refined? There wasn’t even a fried egg on site, only a few poached eggs that were cold and hard! There is a pancake and fruit spreader that can be used! There are not many other things...the milk is made from milk powder and there are only two kinds of fruits. . .

It is an old-fashioned hotel, the elevator is unique and the lights are beautiful at night. The rooms are clean and practical. I feel that it is not appropriate to put free drinking water in the toilet. It is not convenient for the shower and bathtub of this room to share the same space. It is recommended to consider removing the bathtub. The location is good, and it is convenient for eating and visiting attractions.

I checked in after 11 o'clock in the evening. The environment is really good and the whole thing is very clean. The children liked the room very much and jumped up and down on the bed. The attitude of the little brother and sister at the front desk was also very good. Since I had children with me that day, I checked in late and in a hurry. , so we didn’t bother to check whether we would bring breakfast. As a result, we decided not to bring breakfast. Here’s the key point. After waking up in the morning, we called the front desk twice to ask questions about breakfast. The guy at the front desk directly gave us breakfast as a gift. I have to give it a thumbs up 👍. The overall stay experience is great and I like it very much. The environment and facilities are very good!

The hotel has a long history. The equipment and facilities look a bit old. The hair dryer and toiletries are quite average. They don't meet the star standards. The air conditioner is not warm enough. I turned it on to 32 degrees all night and still didn't feel very warm. I was a little disappointed. Because I'm on a business trip, it costs 10 yuan to print a piece of paper, which is ridiculous. If I hadn't booked it on a business trip, I wouldn't have booked here.
