Front desk was quite friendly, hotel location was not bad walkable distance from multiple busstops and subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a comfortable stay!

The front desk staff greeted me with a cheeriness that could rival a cup of strong English tea. The check-in was smooth. Very convenient location. My room was spotlessly clean. The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, parking however was in another building a short walk away.

Stayed one night. Liked the accommodation. Not far from subway stations.

Hotel is actually quite nice. It's not big, but location is very good. Close to historical street , close to river and also opposite large mall with many shops and restaurants. Dining area is convenient and breakfast although was also not bad. Even had coffee. Hotel had no problems accepting foreigners which is very professional. Only small thing to improve wound be to prevent cars parking directly in front of entrance. When I was there some large car always parked right in front of hotel entrance and made entering area little less nice and less convenient.

Lavande is a great hotel I had stayed in before as a foreigner.

Super good, super great, excellent location, convenient transportation, opposite the shopping center. Very close to the Wudadao area. When I arrived, the front desk staff came to the first floor to pick me up. The service was friendly and enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy, quiet and not noisy, and comfortable. After checking out, you can help store your luggage, and there are snacks and drinks. It's very considerate, give it a thumbs up! Tianjin is fun and delicious. I will come again and stay here in the future! 👍🏻
