The apartment is huge and clean. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. They also provide the room with a mahjong table, it's very fun and comfortable to stay there. We did the check-in and check-out through Wechat and the landlord is very friendly and responsive. The location is also strategic, at the center of the city. Definitely will reserve the place again someday :D

更新：本來陳述了一下客觀事實，結果店家在評論裏倒打一耙，污衊我是以降價好評要挾不成來差評的。還説什麼頭一天住同行云云。本人簡直要被這花式打滾的招式驚呆了。我放出兩張聊天記錄，來看看我是不是你口中下午一點入住，晚上十二點要求降價的人。有本事放記錄，不要信口雌黃****。做生意要講誠信，不要坑蒙拐騙，一鎚子買賣，騙一個是一個，那樣不會長久。我沒義務教你做人，自己悟去吧。大家擦亮眼睛，該商家不僅質量差服務差，而且人品差，小心被反咬一口。笑死了！原評論：被之前的評價嚴重誤導了，大家避坑吧，民宿不是隨便就能住的，除非你對房間條件和衞生沒有要求。春節期間人多價高可以理解，但是五百多的房間，裏面設施和衞生一言難盡。床單被罩號稱是一客一換，但是聞起來各種味道，也不知道是汗味還是化粧品的味道，就連房間掛着的備品也有煙味。房間主人自己的東西雜七雜八堆着，窗户小，空間不開闊，設施老舊，唯一的優點大概就是暖氣很熱，熱水很足，但是我實在不想在這樣的環境裏洗澡。給經營者提個醒，如果有專門的保潔，建議加強監督，根本沒有認真負責幹活。自駕遊的尤其不推薦，我第二天花更少的價格住了希爾頓歡朋豪華家庭房，多出十公里路簡直可以忽略不計。

房子挺大的，還有麻將桌可以玩，但是那個大房間嘎嘎漏風，頭睡覺的地方正好是個窗户，吹得第二天感冒更厲害了，還有就是民宿有點冷，空調怎麼調也一直是涼風，這個冷對於女生來説確實是有點難受。其他還挺好的，房間乾淨，管家回覆也比較及時，如果提前入住的權益可以保障就更好了！

位置好我們半夜到的聽得出來老闆聲音很疲憊但是還是幫我們早去放好了鑰匙進了房間特別暖和房間裏有一次行的馬桶坐墊地上沒有異物都乾乾淨淨一次性床單被罩五塊錢一份好像我們沒用記不太清了房間設施也很好有投影廚房但是沒用早上大落地窗太陽超好超温暖推薦來天津的盆友們住這裏

服務比較被動，態度一般，解決問題還是比較快的。
房屋設施比較老舊，晚上睡覺有蚊子。整體的設施和服務對於千元的租價感覺不值，體驗較差。
