The location was quite nice and overall facilities were satisfactory. However, room cleanliness needs to improve and my door bell kept ringing whenever i open and closed the doors.

This is my second time to visit Shengguang Hot Spring Hotel. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is warm, the service is thoughtful, and free parking is available. The breakfast is complete in variety and delicious!

The children's playground is 78 yuan per person, and you only need to buy it once during your stay in the hotel. The breakfast in the Western restaurant was OK, with pancakes and flatbreads, sesame sauce eggs and other special snacks. The Chinese restaurant tasted good, but it was said that there were many people in the private room that day. I waited for 40 minutes and urged twice, but no dish was served. Later, I found the manager. The child was hungry for a long time, so the manager went directly to the kitchen to supervise and served us the food. The food was good and the attitude was good. There were only one or two chefs, and the reception capacity was indeed insufficient. Maybe there were many people during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Overall, it felt good.
