前台服務態度很好，但是房間很小，設施老舊，進屋有一種發潮的味道，桌面很臟，很多劃痕，窗簾吱呀呀的又劣質又吵。客房打掃不夠仔細，有垃圾沒有及時清理，水漬和衞生間打掃的很馬虎。房間隔音太差，巨差，連着三四天大早上8點就有小孩在樓道喊叫和打鬧追逐，打擾正常休息，而且整棟樓服務人員都沒有自己去發現這個情況！第一天反應了第二天也沒有人提前注意，導致我很多天沒有睡好！

可以，前台姐姐們特別好，很熱情，屋子也很乾凈，對天津的感覺很好，旁邊有個收費停車場，5元一天，就是看門大爺有點脾氣不太好！
