Hotels near Wetland Park, Tianjin

Robin is my reference hotel from the Tianjin airport area, very convenient if you need to work in the industrial park. Coffee shop and restaurants a few minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and offers to help you even if they don't speak English. Just to remark that the Gym room currently is not in the best moment, it needs clean and maintenance. Also have to be careful with bad smells of moisture close to the rooms, for the rest everything is perfect. Good and big room, good shower, excellent bed... Highlight to Ms. Rita always with personalized attention, very good professional, ah! And speak English thing that is appreciated. Hotel 100% recommended. Sure I'll be back soon, Gracias!

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

The hotel room is clean and nicely maintained. Love the mirror for makeup inside toilet. The service is generally good, but when we booked airport send off service it was well arranged and quite a few customers were delayed due to not enough cars/drivers/seats available.

Let me talk about the good places first. The environment is great, the front desk service is very good, and the room is big enough. However, the room has a damp smell, which is understandable. After all, it is an old hotel. The only drawback is that the breakfast restaurant was caught in the crossfire for no reason. The coffee cups were stuck together. I took the upper one and the lower one out, and it fell to the ground halfway. The waiter didn't come to ask me what happened or if I was hurt. Instead, he waited until I finished cleaning up and said that he had to pay for it. I said room 903, and she said it would be put on the account. After a while, another waiter said that it couldn't be put on the account and had to be paid now. I asked how much, and she said 20 RMB. I asked for the invoice, and she said she didn't have it. I said I couldn't pay if I didn't have it. Isn't this robbing money? Then another person in black clothes came over with a receipt, saying that he could issue an invoice. OK, we paid. This breakfast was a bit annoying. In fact, the money was not much. The important thing was the service. I suggest improvements. Can the cups or bowls not be stuck together? This experience is really not good. I also thank the night manager at the front desk for actively helping me adjust the room. I hope it will be improved.

The room was very comfortable. The mattress was very soft and thick. It was comfortable to sleep on. The sound insulation effect was also very good. The airport pick-up was on time. The driver was very kind. He also dropped me off at the airport and subway station. 👍 If you are on a business trip to Tianjin, I would like to stay here It's also convenient here. The lady at the front desk has perfect service and the cleaning is very clean. If I come to Tianjin next time, I will choose this hotel again!

I stayed here before. This time I went to Tianjin to stay in this hotel. My kids loved it! I stayed in this apartment again. The facilities are still great. The service staff are still warm and thoughtful. Especially Stella and Claudia left a deep impression on me! Warm and thoughtful! The environment and facilities here are very suitable for family travel. Highly recommended. First choice for family travel!

Generally the hotel is clean, near subway, and a few stops away from central areas, as well as airport. Staff is mostly courteous and professional. However, we do encounter a loud uncle shouting at us when we get confused and walked my daughter towards the swiming pool men's changing room (not even close though).
