從停車保安到前台，服務態度都很誠懇，熱情。就是房間設施尤其浴室和所有插座都老舊了。

酒店後邊就是古城，走路10分鐘就可以到伏羲廟（伏羲廟和博物館挨着）非常方便，衞生條件也給滿分，還給免費升級了房間，電視打不開服務杜姑娘給調試好還送了果盤，入住的很愉快

房間設備設施及環境衞生相當OK，酒店有免費停車，如有需要可提前告知預留車位，酒店背後就是天水古城，距離伏羲廟及網紅麻辣燙均不超過五分鐘步行時間！服務員態度也相當棒，終能做到耐心熱情。總體來説，就該酒店的地理位置和服務員的熱情程度來看物超所值！
