洗臉池一開水管總是容易堵上；房間比較小，相比較價格就有些高了；另外就是早餐，比起前幾年入住的幾次差了不少，住了幾天，每天吃早餐都能看到酒店主播在餐廳直播推銷19.9的早餐，結果就是我離店當天就餐早8點下來，什麼吃的都沒有了，剩的殘羹也都是冰涼，因為當天是週六，能看出應該很多是當地人團了早餐拖家帶口來吃，吃完還坐着聊很久，使得本來就不大的就餐區域根本沒有地方坐，讓住酒店就餐的體驗感極差，連經典的牛肉麪都衹剩下面了，牛肉沒蹤影了，之前來天水幾次，每次都選擇住在這裏，以後看來要換了，這次體驗很差！服務方面在我第二天已續住的情況下，還打電話催我退房，時隔幾年再次選擇，真的差了不少，以後不會選擇了！

通過幾次去地級市旅遊的經歷，攜程推薦的所謂豪華酒店非常不靠譜。就拿這個嘉孚酒店來説，標的五星，我現在理解了，這個五星可不是五星級酒店，而且點評到五星？
怎麼説呢，走進大堂就覺得可能訂錯了，既不寬敞也不明亮，裝修比較陳舊了，一共七層，房間樓層走道狹窄，再加上裝修風格走的暗黑系，咋説呢，我更加確信訂錯酒店了。前台安排的房間窗户外是一個大天井，我要求換一個房間，結果看不靠天井的房間窗户更小，也就罷了。卧室比較侷促，衞生間倒是比較大，房間裝修風格也是暗黑系（僅就我住的房間）。早餐也很一般。
當然，我要格外提到的是服務還是不錯的，尤其是大堂負責接待的一位戴眼鏡的帥哥，非常積極地引導我們去前台、電梯，並且提醒我們拿停車券。當我表示想換房間時，服務員也迅速帶我們看房間，非常熱情。
我想説的一點是，酒店硬件設施比較舊無可指責，但攜程你們沒有實事求是推薦酒店就不對了，還豪華酒店排行榜第一。外地遠點兒的遊客一般來一次基本也不會再來了，你這是薅完一波算一波呀。
