Rientro da una mini vacanza con mia mamma da questa splendida struttura. Siamo state benissimo, in perfetto relax e con la splendida accoglienza delle persone che ci lavorano. Ho diversi problemi di intolleranze e mi hanno messo a disposizione tutto ciò che mi serviva. Non è così scontato. Per completare il tutto ho voluto regalare a me e mia madre per due giorni consecutivi dei massaggi al centro benessere. Li abbiamo trovato Alice che si è presa cura di noi, di me che sono una sportiva, prima con un massaggio thai e poi con un mix di trattamento rilassante/decontratturante. Anche mia mamma ha gradito molto i suoi massaggi. Si aveva la percezione che lei non solo sapesse cosa fare ma avvertisse anche di cosa avesse bisogno il corpo per stare bene. Ottima anche la presenza della signora delle pulizie, oltre a garantire uno splendido servizio, era anche molto sorridente. Il tutto, per concludere, in uno scenario incantevole. Grazie ancora di tutto e complimenti. Tornerò sicuramente volentieri

1 week family stay. Impeccable cleanliness of the site, perfect quality of the cuisine and kindness of the staff. Reasonable price of drinks and sensational setting, with a view of the lake. The plus for us is the tennis courts next to the hotel.

I stayed at the Zanzanu hotel for the 3rd time this August with my husband and I must once again confirm the splendid past experience....the owners are very kind, the rooms clean and spacious, the buffet breakfasts rich and the dinners this year even more improved, compliments to the Chef... and the waitresses always attentive to everything and courteous... this year I am pregnant and the attention was even greater... so thank you and see you next time

Siamo andati all'Hotel per una breve vacanza romantica sul Lago di Garda. L'Hotel dispone di tutti i servizi che ci si aspettano da un 4 stelle e l'attenzione ai particolari è lodevole. La vista è meravigliosa, lascia davvero senza fiato perchè si può vedere gran parte del Lago in una cornice immersa nel verde sia dalla terrazza della propria camera che durante i pasti. Il cibo è decisamente molto buono con una grande scelta sia durante la colazione che durante la cena. (consigliamo la mezza pensione). Il personale è molto attento, gentile e disponibile: si viene accolti piacevolmente e anche in bassa stagione lo staff si assicura di fornire al cliente un depliant con tutte le attività locali e i luoghi da visitare. Un'esperienza da ripetere che consigliamo assolutamente!

Wir waren nach den Coronajahren und Schwangerschaft der Tochter mal wieder im Zanzanu. Es hat sich nichts verändert im positiven Sinne. Immer noch familiäre Atmosphäre, da die Familie Collini incl. Mama den Betrieb führt. Freundlich, hilfsbereit, sauber, alles bestens. Gastronomisch vielleicht einen Tick verbessert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Tochter und Enkel (1,5 Jahre) genossen.

Appena tornati da tignale dal Park hotel zanzanu che dire settimana fantastica sopra le aspettative tutto ben organizzato e pulito, offre piscina esterna e interna, centro benessere, campi da tennis, si mangia molto bene insomma da ritornare senz'altro

Erg mooi gelegen hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel ! Prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de bergen. Onze kamers waren onlangs vernieuwd en voorzien van alle comfort. Goede licht- en geluidsisolatie. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet alsook gevarieerd keuzediner bij halfpension. Ruime parking en diverse uitstapmogelijkheden. Voor de auto- en motorliefhebbers : prachtige wegen !
