Wir sind schon das 3. mal hier. Es ist quasi unser Herbstferienort geworden. Hotel, Aussicht, Zimmer alles sehr schön. Sprechen gut Deutsch. Auch Sonntag An/Abreise. Trüffelfest im Ort. Großes Schwimmbad. Nur die Betten sind sehr hart!

I don't often write reviews but felt this stay deserved the recognition. This hotel exceeded all expectations, especially as we booked last minute. The views of Lake Garda were absolutely breathtaking... You'll not find better! The staff stood out for their exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our visit. The restaurant food was also some of the best we encountered during our multi-stop tour around Lake Garda. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Garda.

Nous venons de passer 3 nuits à l'hôtel pour un séjour en famille. L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. La situation est parfaite pour optimiser les visites : Riva del Garda au Nord à environ 40 mn et Limone sul Garda village voisin et très typique. Au Sud Sirmione : compter jusqu'à 2h de route en fonction de la circulation mais ça vaut le détour ! L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine extérieure mais encore trop fraiche ; nous avons en revanche profité de la très grande piscine intérieure et du jacuzzi. Sauna et solarium payant suf réservation. Nous étions en 1/2 pension, cette formule est avantageuse tarifairement parlant mais aussi ideale car les restaurants du village sont à 2 km. Et surtout, la qualité des repas très appréciables. Nous nous sommes régalés. Quand au petit-déjeuner, les spécialités salées et les pâtisseries sont juste à tomber ! Nous avons aussi apprécié le bar avec toujours cette vue dépaysante et magnifique. Nous etions logés dans un grand appartement : 2 chambres, salon cuisine, salle de bain, un vrai confort pour un szjour à 3 ! Cet hôtel merite d'être connu. Et en plus de cela, le personnel de l'accueil, du bar, du restaurant, le directeur sont extraordinairement sympathiques. Un séjour parfait, un endroit qui donne envie d'y retourner !

We have just returned from a lovely week here. Staff were helpful, the accommodation was immaculate and well equipped and the scenery spectacular. Although it is quite possible to stay here without a car, the roads and paths are very steep - so only for the fittest. We did hire a car and were able to see much more as well as walking the many lovely walking trails starting from the hotel driveway. No complaints.

We, a group of 3 spent a week in the hotel. It was a magnificent stay. The apartments were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly from reception to bar to restaurant to housekeeping. My friends shared a 2 bedroom apartment and I had a one bedroom apartment. The breakfast buffet had a great choice. We ate in the La Naturell restaurant for dinner, this was a gourmet experience. I can highly recommend this hotel. When I arrived home and realised I had a parking fine, Christine and Monica in the GTS office went above and beyond to help me get the fine paid. Grazie mille.
