The room was very dirty. Look at the pictures to see how much hair I found. I also cut my knee with the bed. They don’t dust or mop. I did complain and got a different room in the first floor, which look cleaner but the truth is that the tub also had hairs woman hair.l couldn’t sleep because I could hear all the other people around. Horrible experience and never staying there again.

Hotel is pretty clean and secure. Only hotel guest can enter as you need a room key to get in and use the elevator.

The app is easy to use the stay was clean room and the staff was great ☺️

The service from the front desk is not the best. I asked if they have coffee, and it was just a NO. At least they can do best with customer service .

Place was nice and clean recommend staying here love how it has a a fridge and mini stove. Beds were comfy felt like I was in a studio apartment

Very bad service, they don't change sheets, much less clean the room, and if they do, it's charged as an extra fee, $280. ​​There are no clean sheets in the bathroom and if you want towels or paper or soap, you have to go down to the reception for them,...very bad attention and service, this has never happened to me in any hotel in Tijuana,...One more thing, their air conditioning equipment makes a lot of noise, it doesn't let you rest and they don't answer the report. Very Bad Experience in this Hotel 😢

Very good location, clean facility, they have a kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave, you just have to bring or ask for the utensils and pans. It is located near a large shopping center, around the hotel there are several restaurants, from seafood, meats, broths and good quality. Exceeded my expectations for the price

There is a relatively large shopping mall nearby, you can walk around in your free time, and the environment is quiet
