The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room was very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and it was nice to have a padded headboard. We definitely enjoyed the wide variety of options available in the breakfast room.

The hotel was not clean. The 1st room i stayed in the heat disnt work. I was move to the 2nd room and kt look like someone had a party in there and it was still stuff from whoever had the room before me. Food still in the refrigerator. Pool area close too early and there was no housekeeper to clean the pool area towels was everywhere. I wouldn't Recommend tbis to my family and Friends.

I feel like staff is incapable of extending a little more courtesy. Even when asking management if I can check in a night early(there were rooms available) is not possible without two seperate charges, a rate hike, and more incidental fees.
Just for myself.
After I paid all the extra money, I was booked into a room at the end of the hall. The 5 proceeding rooms were filled with children that played, Lord of the flies, for two days.
Stressful.
Fantastic level of cleanliness in my room.
