Both the bath tube and bath sink were clogged. The small parts of the sink was broken. The room and the two beds are too small. The air conditioner was too old, too close to the beds and too noisy. People are smoking outside not inside but the smell is reaching out to the rooms and when you walk through the hallway you cannot ignore the smell. The room was not clean when we arrived even the toilet was not clean. We needed one week rest after our stay.

I just wanted to acknowledge the Front Desk person who helped us allot during our stay . Her name is Mary and she is very competent and knowledgeable at her job . And went out of her way to help us on many occasions during our extended stay . My wife and I give her service 5 stars!

Nowhere near the beach/shore. Closest to most northern beaches. Travel south to Island Beach State Park, Asbury Park, Long Beach Island, or Cape May. A typical hotel. Convenient to Rt 18. Train from NYC goes all the way to Bay Head on LBI. Need a car to get anywhere from this location.

Mary and Doug provided great customer service and are awesome. There was also a new desk clerk, not sure of her name but she also provided good services. It is always a pleasure working with both Mary and Doug! I hope they never leave.

This hotel is much need of remodel. Very dated dingy dark. Non existing lobby, one worker to check us in and no where to wait. Lack of any communication where are room was or how to get to it.

Property has many longterm tenants who appear to live as a dysfunctional family. Quite noisy, high traffic with visits from local police.

The property is in disrepair, ac unit made entire room damp to the touch, chairs cracked and worn, mattress springs coming through, towels stained, hair on bathroom floor, drug paraphernalia in hallway.

The front desk customer service has to improve. Not only was he rude, it showed it didnt care about his job. Definately will not return.
