Segunda vez que ficamos hospedados e minha percepção dessa vez foi que caiu um pouco. Café da manhã fraco, com poucas opções de frutas e sucos.

Já havia me hospedado em 2018 na pousada. Comparando com a primeira hospedagem, essa última deixou a desejar.
Pontos negativo: deixei a chave para arrumação do quarto na manhã e voltei no período da tarde e ouvi: elas começaram mais tarde e ainda não deu tempo de limpar.
Além disso, a privada entupiu no outro dia e mais uma vez deixei a chave para resolverem e novamente a mesma atendente da recepção nos disse quando voltamos horas depois: esqueci!
Na minha opinião, foram erros amadores.
No outro realizaram a arrumação e estava tudo ok, mas a experiência dessa primeira noite “queimou a largada”
Ponto positivo: o atendente Rodrigo responsável pelo café da manhã foi incrível. Diferente do atendimento da recepção, este sempre proativo, receptivo e com um sorriso no rosto. Fez um atendimento ímpar e nos serviu uma pamonha maravilhosa no café da manhã.

Continua linda e agradável, do jeito que a saudosa fundadora a deixou. Agora sob a gestão do Rodrigo, conta com uma equipe atenciosa, prestativa e acolhedora. Os apartamentos são grandes, o enxoval é bem cuidado e o lugar é muito bonito. Melhorou o acesso, agora que asfaltaram o caminho. Dorme-se muito bem e o café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos feitos localmente.

Pousada aconchegante, porém acesso feio até chegar na pousada , quantidade de funcionários insuficiente, café da manhã péssimo , todo dia a mesma coisa , uma garrafa de café para todos os hóspedes , quando o café acaba demora mais de minutos pra fazer outro . As meninas da cozinha são especiais porém são refém das restrições da pousada . Recepcionista Luara excelente . Os quartos velhos com cheiro forte .
