Great location and within reach of most things you’d be looking to see around the city. Staff were great and rooms modern and clean!

The staff were very accommodating with my requests, and helped to extend my stay when something urgent cropped up. thumbs up!

The room was cozy and there were many French tourists. The breakfast was rich, but there was little meat, only sausages. The swimming pool water needs to be further purified, it was a bit turbid. There are pyramids and other attractions around.

Good service attitude, high cost performance, good breakfast. We booked a dinner package, but the dinner is not a buffet.

The Rogner is a fabulous hotel, in a perfect location in the city a short walk away from many restaurants and shops. The room, which overlooked the lovely garden and pool, was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The choice at breakfast was exceptional and of excellent quality. I have to admit to eating far too much! Without exception the hotel staff were very personable, friendly and welcoming. On check in I was greeted warmly and throughout my short three day stay staff were very helpful and at times informative. All staff I came across spoke perfect English. I would more than happily recommend this Hotel and hope to stay again in the not too distant future. For what its worth, based on my experience, ignore the occassional petty niggles expressed in a few reviews of some other the I have read.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of Tirana with welcoming , friendly , pleasant staff who really couldn’t do enough to make our stay at the hotel wonderful . The pool and gardens were an oasis of tranquility . We really couldn’t have picked a more centrally located hotel . If or when we return to Tirana this 100% will be where we will stay .

Facing history: a piece of the collapsed Berlin Wall on the opposite side of the hotel main entrance. Great location: 5 min walk to Square, walking street, funky restaurants/cafes etc. Nice garden with pool….serene for outdoor breakfast, which was sumptuous with various fresh fruits, and great salad choices. Nice staff both in front desk and restaurant. Lots of relaxing areas after the bustling city walks and day trips! Sauna not as attractive and quite small but gym is facing the pool so ok for view. Just a small issue: today was our relaxing day with no itineraries but we were woke up by an unexpected morning call at 6:45am which we didn’t request (just hope whoever guest needed that call wasn’t late for his flight!!)

Love this hotel. The location is great. It has max 4 floors or so, so it gives you more comfy and homey feeling. Room very well equipped and maintained. All staff is nice and ready to help. Inside, there is a beautiful garden where you can eat or have a coffee or drink. Would go there again.

A six-night stay here could have extended much longer. Mostly due to how hard the staff worked to make my visit feel like home, I encourage first-time travelers to Albania to book a reservation with Rogner. Apart from the room lacking adequate blankets and missing an iron, I slept comfortably. The toilets and showers worked seamlessly. Most restaurants in Tirane do not offer barside dinning service, which in the USA, is a given. Every night, I ate wonderful Albanian food and chatted it up with Vanessa, Romando, Bluinia and formed a nice friendship with Florian. Florian helped me learn Albanian, which came in handy when I navigated the neighborhoods. Also, there's Julietta, the Food & Beverage manager, who really went of her way to give me tips and tricks of how to integrate in Albanian society. If I could hire anyone, I would have to model the staff. I look forward to coming back to revisit Rogner, which I consider my Albanian family.

Stayed last weekend (in room 221) and, apart from the 30 bedbug bites on my body, had a nice time. Thankfully they don't seem to have followed me home so grateful for that. Pool was nice and the staff great. Excellent location. Just cleanliness obviously an issue for me.

Stayed here for a week. Hotel very clean, staff attentive. Bedroom modern and spacious. Requested bathrobe and extra pillows which were delivered quickly to the room. Restaurant great, breakfast buffet plentiful and varied, lots of healthy choices as well as the usual fayre. Only negative point to comment on was bottled water in room on arrival was not replenished daily. Also fresh flannel not replaced when used.

Luon Cuko….was a great server on the time we were in Rogner Hotel. He was attentive on our orders and we were like 8 people. I commend him for his great,awesome customer service. Xhuljeta Rruplli / bar manager even came and listens to our concerns. This 2 employees is a great assets to your company! Keep it up☝️👌😊

Ahh such a lovely hotel But don't arrive late.. resturant shut bit early for a Saturday and not 24 hour room Service... so not a 5 star in my opinion. Bed was bit hard and pillows were flat.. Other than that room was nice and pool refreshing. Breakfast reasonable but literally no restaurant or bar at 10.45pm on a Saturday open it seems odd. Couldn't get late checkout either
