What a fantastic experience! Cozy, spotless room, friendly staff, and a considerate early check-in on a rainy day. The proximity to the bus terminal, just a quick 10-minute taxi ride, adds convenience to the list. Highly recommended for a delightful stay!

For one night acceptable. Staffs are very friendly . For room I can’t say dirty but same time i cant say very clean . Its just so so. Near hotel easy find taxi .

The front desk staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious, but the shower hose leaked badly, so the area around the shower got flooded when I took a shower. Other than that, it was comfortable.

Hotel easily accessible from the center of Tirana by public transport, excellent service and cleanliness.

Decentralized location. Excellent structure, beautiful large comfortable room on the high floor with city view. Lots of shops/bars/restaurants around although the roads are a bit bumpy. Excellent value for money.

Hotel was ok, with the floors being very dirty and hair in our bed. Staff are very friendly. Not very near the old town as it suggests, about 3km away.

5 Star stay for sure. The reception was very helpful, felt safe. The only two critiques: (1) there is no safes/vaults for personal property and (2) The cleaning service ignored our do-not-disturb signs. Other than that, beyond excellent stay!

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. We had a bad smell from the bathroom but if you leave the extractor on during the night you can eliminate it. Beautiful view of the city. Free parking.The young lady in the reception was very helpful and very kind.
