Stayed in the Indian suite and was continually woken through the night by banging pipes / water pumps from the surrounding rooms or building. Unbelievably loud. The room was pleasant enough and clean but the noise was ridiculous. Design suite also doesn’t show up on Google maps as I believe they have changed name since

We stayed in the Egypt room. Comfortable enough for two nights but the bed is quite low and not very soft. Situated in a nice quiet street, very close to restaurants with a view of vineyards from the window. There was a kettle and tea in the room but no coffee. The minibar was well stocked with drinks. Air conditioning and TV worked, quiet enough to sleep.

A noi è piaciuto molto soggiornare presso questa struttura, molto originale, le camere sono in una palazzina a pochi passi dall hotel Bernina e dalla stazione, si può usufruire del comodo parcheggio interno ,a pagamento.Ogni camera è diversa ed ispirata a vari luoghi. La nostra camera, Grecia Antica, era al quarto piano, pulita silenziosa e con letto molto comodo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore che è stato risolto velocemente. Molto gradita la bottiglietta d acqua in camera. lo consigliamo e noi sicuramente ci torneremo .

Egypt room, excellent location to reach the Bernina train, 3 minutes on foot, Bernina hotel staff who manage it are very attentive and helpful, everything is very clean, warm and welcoming, convenient and fenced parking

Stayed there as part of a longer trip. Suite tirano is a well designed converted apartment. Check in and key collection is at the Bernina Hotel a street across, 2min walk and also a 2 min walk to the train station and Bernina Express. We stayed in the new York suite which was lovely. All in room facilities, fridge, mini bar, toiletries, slippers, dressing gown. Clean and comfortable room... Visited the Moroccan suite but still preferred the New York one. Restaurants downstairs easily accessible and shopping centre opposite. Car park charged at 10eur per 24hours and is within the property.

We stayed in the Thailand room: spacious, clean and quiet. paid parking in the courtyard. The breakfast, rich and varied, is served at the nearby hotel Bernina, the only note. The kettle in the room only appeared on the second day and I find the lack of bedroom slippers a flaw... I still gave it 5 stars because overall it's an excellent suite.

We stayed two nights in this property, the Austria room, and we had a very good time. The location is central and convenient for the station, the staff who welcomed us were polite and thorough. The right sized room is well equipped. The only negative thing for me was the mattress, not very comfortable. For the rest I would go back immediately.

We stayed a couple of nights in the Tirano design suite, the England room. Excellent structure, well cleaned and with attention to detail, the rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is very kind and helpful, we had a technical problem with the lights and radiators in the room but Alessandro was helpful and careful in resolving the incident. Truly recommended structure, in the center of Tirano, a few steps from the train station and the Bernina Red Train station. To conclude, everything was perfect, a special note of thanks to the kindness of the hotel staff, especially Alessandro who was super thoughtful.
