I stayed here for one night but stay was not comfortable for first 03 hours after checking in. My friend was allocated another room. For him, beginning 03 hours were horrible. Air Conditioner was not working. Hotel Person told AC will resume working within 05 minutes. But it didn’t work. My room was shifted to 206 but my friend’s room was kept on shifting till 04th room whose air conditioner was finally found working. I saw him having bath in sweats. We complained to reception. Shockingly to mention that I stayed here two times in past also and every time I witnessed air conditioning issue. Management of the property has no concern for their guests. When I asked to speak to higher ups or owner of the hotel, receptionist told with smile that we don’t have any owner of this hotel. Whatever you want to say, please tell me only. Reception person does not understand English or Hindi. You keep on saying, he will keep on smiling and you can’t guess anything from his smile. So with all these compromises, you should be ready to check in here. However, the property has good vegetarian restaurant where you can get South Indian cuisine as well as North Indian dishes …service at restaurant is good and price reasonable. Restaurant is enjoyable…no doubt.. they have good air conditioning facility.
