I booked the room for a few hours and i had to pay for the full day. The purpose was to have a bath and i had checked even the previous day on whether we will get hot water. But when we arrived, they said no hot water. Neither in the shower nor can they give one bucket of hot water. We had to have bath in cold water and go. Sheets were torn, dirty and crumpled. The room upkeep was very bad. The room is not worh even rs 300 and i paid rs 1100

Room wasn't cleaned even after we reached the place they cleaned in front of us and provided the blankets, pillow cover and bed spreads which are not washed well as well their service from reception is too harsh hot water was not given both in the evening and early morning. After continuous follow up they brought ah instant water heater and gave us no response or support to any calls even when we were there in any situations @makemy trips
please ignore this hotel from your list to avoid bad impression on your business

Room ambience was nice, though the room was small. Not more than 2 people can stay in that room. Room service was good. Lift and other common areas are not maintained properly.

Didn't sleep well due to the poor quality of the bed, even after booking the complaint with the hotel receptionist, he didn't take any action. And room cleanliness is very poor and insect issues too.
