staffs are good and rooms are well cleaned ,good service and somewhat distance to temple .at overall it is a good stay in Hari iyer residency

I expected a better experience at this hotel. Cleanliness was below standard—rooms and common areas could definitely use more attention. For the price, I anticipated a more well-maintained environment. Another inconvenience is that parking is located outside the hotel, which isn’t ideal, especially when carrying luggage or arriving late. Overall, the stay was average, but with improvements in cleanliness and facilities, it could be much better.

Good and neat rooms. There was 24/7 hot water supply. Spacious rooms and had a nice working ac. almost 10 mins walk to temple.

The rooms are neat and clean. If you are looking for a decent stay go for this property. Walkable distance (5 minutes)to temple. For a family stay the room is little small. Choose other rooms.

Rooms were not clean a d and the bed spreads were not clean and tidy, there were lot of strains in the bed spread, toilet flush was not working irrespective of complaints no action taken

It’s really felt bad. Not worth for money at all. No geyser no kettle and no proper window screen even they don’t provide water for rooms properly. Don’t know why they maintain solar system for the heater

Rooms are not clean and very small in size and not worth of the money paid. Rooms are very congested and not enough space.
