Day-1: We checked-in at around 430 PM and it was smooth. We found the rooms ok. But the flush in the Bathroom was not working. We complained and the person at the reception asked us to move to another room. This had the flush working but the Washbasin drain was not working and the water ***** with a few garbage that was stuck in the drain was coming out. We hurriedly unpacked, freshened ourselves and left for a visit to the Nellaiappar temple. We came back at around 830 PM and noticed that the washbasin was not repaired. We were too tired to have it complained for again and dashed to the bed. Day-2: While the food spread and taste at the breakfast was good, we found cockroaches roaming atop the buffet table. We warned the staff there and went to the reception again this time and reminded the person at the reception to have the Washbasin Repaired and the room cleaned. We came back at 9 PM extremely tired after a 10 hour tiring day and noticed that none of what were told was done. We complained again this time and a plumber technician and a service person came. Cleaning the washbasin drain was taking some time and the hotel staff offered a suite this time. We refused citing we were very tired and needed to start for another day early next morning and we had unpacked all our stuff. What shocked us was the aspect that despite reminding twice, none of that was done. Day-3: Nothing to metion. Overall, this was a better day as were used to the non-chalant attitude of the Hotel Admins. The manager apologized and said he would find out the root cause. But all these underlined our stay. Day-4: Checkout at 5 AM.
