GIVE WRONG ROOM CARD. WRONG WIFI PASSWORD.
ASSKING SAME THINGS MANY TIMES.

I came for to darshan. I stayed at marasa sarovar hotel the property was very nice clean & near environment, peaceful location Beautiful view point on hill face The pool was very good condition my kids are happily to swim Food was excellent at Krishna restaurant that thalli Special thanks to Mr kannaya he suggested to stay here

Good place for friends & family, Tasty & good food both buffet & alakart.Very clean & spacious rooms. Friendly staff & very supportive especially Mr Karthik. You can play TT, Snooker & fooseball. Very clean swimming pool. Will visit again.

We had a very comfortable stay during our trip to Tirupati for the Tirumala visit, having driving across from Chennai to Hyderabad, the location with its ambiance was a bliss and indeed spiritual….Karthik, have assisted us with the process, Manashi at lotus was graceful and hospitable and must mention Sravan for his help. The pool and housekeeping guy Venkat was amazing, very polite and helpful service, refreshing swimming laps before and after day spa at this resort. Totally recommend you hang out here enjoy sun, umbrellas, fresh air and ambience.

We loved the service friendly staff especially srinivas the place is vibing at evenings this place is soo good for families can enjoy every bit of this restaurant we enjoyed a lot it is good to visit at evenings this place has a beautiful swimming pool to chill .

This is the best place to visit and the food here is tooo good mainly the buffet system ………..service is good mainly with Srinivas garu……..he is tooo patient to click pictures for all of us………the place is tooo calm and the ambience was amazing mainly visit place with frnds and love..

Very helpful staff especially Srinivas(luggage incharge) was very helpful and even took amazing pictures of us. Overall stay is very comfortable with good breakfast spread. I’ve been staying here every year for the past 8 years and still I have had zero complaints with the hotel management and staff.

Excellent service, great food and the rooms as usual the best in Tirupati. Mr. Srinivas who was incharge of luggage services was very helpful and so was the entire hotel staff I always stay here when in Tirupati as the ambience and the rooms are the best.

The stay was pleasant with hygienic room and amenities. There are multiple options for dining and the food served is authentic. Mr. B K Reddy is kind and helpful. Overall, excellent service and great stay option closer to the foothills of Tirumala.
