We were on a 2 day trip to Tirupati, family of 6, with parents and kids. We booked 2 deluxe rooms and had a terrible experience. Booking experience - the hotel is available via Oyo rooms on MakeMyTrip. I had a bad experience with Oyo previously where the hotel denied check-in for me and I had to find another place. I didn't want to go through the same with my family, so I called and couldn't connect with the hotel manager, after calling multiple times. Oyo denied to cancel my room and after a lot of back and forth, they agreed to move my booking to another hotel, but none of their other hotels in the area were good. So I decided to try again later. I was able to connect later via the number available on Google and was able to confirm the booking and late check-in. Check-in experience - we were given 2 side-by-side rooms, which didn't look anything like what was given in the photos on MakeMyTrip. Deluxe rooms on the site had big windows and looked very airy. The rooms that we were given were congested and of different sizes. Both being deluxe rooms, we'd expect same size rooms. Stay experience - the rooms were smelly, the extra bed that they gave was really bad and no blanket was available for the extra bed. The A/C remote didn't work, the TV didn't work and the staff did not handle any of our requests on time. We had to ask the room to be cleaned 3 times and even after waiting for 2 hours, nobody came. Extension - we had to extend the stay by another day and when asked for the same, he checked our booking and then asked me whether we booked deluxe or standard rooms. It was as if they were selling standard as deluxe and they had no clue which room was which. Overall - waste of money, fear for our health. Maybe that's what we should expect at this price, although we booked another hotel for our extended stay, at a similar price and that was good.
