Worst food service Whenever food is ordered they just go to kitchen and says not available Front desk doesn't listen to the customer requests Specifically Mr BISWAS front desk manager On complaining he responded that he is not willing to listen the request and complaints And when we responded that we will talk to senior manager he responded that he doesn't care about the STARLIT SUITES and doesn't care of the hotel's prestige and is willing to quit the job @ starlit suites please do check We booked 2 rooms for three days Each day spent had different issues Worst food service experience If staying with family don't book if business trip then its ok

The stay was extremely comfortable with great prop up from their staffs. Food is really great! Best Hotel to Stay in the City. A direct compliment to the executive chef Biswanath and his kitchen team, "The food was absolutely delicious, and I can tell a lot of care went into preparing each dish. I wanted to personally thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be recommending your hotel to friends."

Restaurant and its staff are truly supportive as well as sweet. Perfect mixture of sweetness and saltness. Further more, other staff helps in making the stay better as much possibly as they could. Will love to stay here in the future too, apart from the internet thing.

The staff at starlit is very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They care that your stay must be happy and comfortable. We stayed for more than a month and felt like home after a moment. Such a sweet experience at starlit gonna plan future trips.

It was very gud experiences with hotel. Especially Mr Raman’s Achinto Food department. Very supportive and food quality was superb. Pls visit and ask anything in flooding with Chef Vishnath ji. All over very good experience…………………………..

The hotel room was unclean, and the bathroom was unhygienic. I requested either a cleaning or a room change, but my request was denied, with staff insisting the room had already been cleaned and that the next cleaning would only be done the following day as per routine. The reception staff were rude and unresponsive. Despite having booked and paid for two nights, when I requested to cancel the second night, I was told to contact the online booking team. Unfortunately, none of the provided phone numbers were answered, and I received an email response stating that no refund could be given, citing a 24-hour notice policy, even though I had given such notice. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.
