Good experience stay overall thank you

Minimalistic but clean hotel. The service is however very good.

Good atmosphere and good staffs.room ambience also good staff Ms.divisri also very good response from staffs. Just awesome

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. 1. The blankets were dirty and not cleaned properly. 2. I ordered food, and after 30 minutes they called back asking for “customization” — even for simple items like milk and lassi. After that, I still had to wait another 30 minutes. 3. Hot water was not working throughout my stay. 4. The staff didn’t respond or take any action regarding the hot water issue. 5. There was no mobile shower or bucket — only a fixed shower head, which made bathing very inconvenient. 6. No toiletries were provided except a single soap. 7. The safety lock on the door was broken, making the stay feel unsafe. 8. We opted for complimentary breakfast, but there was no buffet. We had to wait for basic items, and only idly, dosa, and poori were available. Even those were poorly prepared — the dosa batter had no salt, and there were no fruits provided despite being part of the expected breakfast offerings. 9. There was no wash area inside the restaurant. Guests had to use a public toilet to wash their hands, which was highly unhygienic. 10. Inside that public toilet, there were no napkins or tissue papers for drying hands, making the experience even worse. 11. They neither fixed any issues nor bothered to respond properly throughout the stay. 12. Overall, the entire stay was an utter waste of money. It’s better not to book this place at all.

Room amenities need to change. TV, Ac, bathroom fittings all are looks like old. But service is very good, staffs are very helpful and friendly Srikanth, Jafferulla, dharani, prabha in fo they're very helpful

Service is slow but the ambience is good, and add the provisions for the room use for buckets and cups also and one more thing change the tiles pattern
