This is my third visit. At Kithala, they have a really good and helpful team, with a strong sense of empathy, especially the Manager, Mr. Ananda. This time, we stayed in a triple room. Although the room didn’t have much space, we managed just fine. However, the room was comfortable. The restaurant team was amazing. When my child had a vomiting incident and couldn’t eat her meal, they kindly provided her with a separate meal pack. The food was delicious. The environment is peaceful. Since it’s located in Tissamaharama, you can easily visit nearby places like Kataragama, Tissa Viharaya, and others.

A excellent hotel with great and very helpful staff. The food they create tastes tariffic. The location of the hotel is amazing. You really should use the viewpoint of the hotel. The only minor issue is the poolarea. This should have a soft renovation so this will meet with the staffs kindness.

Great ambience and staff were amazing, we liked the way how they treated us and they were very friendly. I would suggest everyone to visit this amazing place if you are planning to Yala. The only drawback is, it is but far from the park. You need to travel for 30minutes. But, the accommodation is extraordinary.

We came with a group of 16 people. The hospitality and facilities were good. The most impressing part of this stay, the view. A good hotel to get to then Yala National Park. We will tell our travelcompany that this stay is more worth then just 1 night.

The hotel is located in a great location, close to Yalla Park. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. Many thanks to the manager who helped us organize our safari. I want to point out the strange behavior of the ladies at the reception. Not customer-oriented.

Originally it was just a temporary hotel booked for the Yala Wildlife Park, but it gave us a surprise. The hotel is not very big, typical Sri Lankan style. Our room is upstairs, and the pool and courtyard are downstairs. The toilet is very large. It is relatively clean because we have lived in Sri Lanka for so many days. We set off at 5 o'clock in the morning. The local brother had prepared breakfast in advance and packed very delicately. Once opened, it was even more pleasant: two sandwiches, An egg, two sausages, a box of juice, two pineapples carefully wrapped in plastic wrap, and a banana. Originally I only ordered three breakfasts, but when I saw my three-year-old Erbao, the hotel was very considerate. I also prepared a copy for her. Thank you very much. It’s not far from going to the safari park. It takes only 20 minutes. If there is any problem, the water pressure in the bathroom is unstable. Although the water is very large, it will be hot once it gets hot. It’s good to take a shower. In addition, the small bed is not provided with a quilt, just a thin sheet. The air conditioner is too cold and the remote control can’t be adjusted. I wake up several times at night.

Very close to Lake Thieu, the room is about 30 square meters, consistent with the picture, wild hotel, furniture facilities do not have too high expectations, there is a small creature inside is normal and acceptable. Someone helped carry luggage to the room when staying at the hotel. The dinner was very rich, the meal was included in the reservation, which was better than the restaurant we had eaten a few days ago, and the price was super high. Service in the meal is also good.
