Five star hotel, two stars service. Arrived, told that there were no clean towels in the hotel and had to wait 30-45mins for clean ones before I could use the pool?

The room is still very beautiful, but I have booked three sea view suites, two of which are half of other types of suites. They are not special suites. I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that they could not change. There was no room, so they had to pay to change. A little disappointed.

The hotel staff are very welcoming. The room will be cleaned for you every day as clean as when you first checked in. The hotel is on a commercial street where you can go shopping. The back door of the hotel is at the port where you can see many docked yachts.
