I recently stayed at Hotel Palma in Tivat, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the bay, which made waking up each morning a delight. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, especially the dining options. The restaurant served delicious, locally inspired dishes that left a lasting impression. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, providing a perfect start to each day. However, one minor issue was that the hammam was not fully functional during my stay. While this didn't significantly impact my overall experience, it was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to a relaxing session. Despite this, the rest of the wellness facilities were excellent, and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. Overall, Hotel Palma in Tivat is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy luxury, comfort, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Bad attitude of waiter

The hotel and location is beautiful. Hotel is immaculate and the staff are super lovely. The views are magnificent and breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and location. The harbour is on another level. I'd recommend hiring a boat for 60 euros per hour.

The first thing you see when visiting this hotel is the sea which is across the pedestrian path. The hotel does have their own loungers and umbrellas after giving your room number to the towel man he will give you a towel but be warned if you ask for a replacement after a dip in the sea be aware that he is not happy to replace it! The restaurant is situated inside the hotel unfortunately there is no place to sit outside for breakfast or dinner. The food is only passable. No fresh omelettes at breakfast. Our room was clean although the shower in the bathroom was very small. There was a spa but we didn’t use it. If I came again I would only stay on a bed and breakfast basis as there are penalty of lovely restaurants with walking distance .

A lovely hotel which is only about 15 minutes from the airport. The staff were brilliant, always helpful and smiling. The hotel was spotlessly clean with staff constantly cleaning and checking. Our room had a small balcony which looked out over the sea with various superyatchs moored in the bay and small local boats going about their business. The weather was absolutely lovely, although a little on the hot side so the aircon was used extensively during our week and it was perfect. The only aspect we felt needed improvement was the food, we had booked half board, but decided that we would eat out a couple of times, although we did eat in the a la carte restaurant in the hotel two evenings which was much better and we really enjoyed the food. We would certainly stay here again, but probably book B&B instead.

Hotel is well situated right on its own beach but a few minutes walk from the car park.The bedroom was very cramped but with good air conditioning and wifi. The restaurant had a good selection and the first floor lounge was a good place to relax with a drink at the end of the day.

We stayed here for a week in April on a Jet2 holiday. It was great value for money and a lovely location, overlooking the Bay of Kotor. We knew it would be too early in the year to sunbathe but the small shingle beach is right in front of the hotel, with only the promenade to cross, no roads. Lots of cafes, restaurants etc close by, at the quayside and also at the upmarket marina. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful, advising us on bus timetables and ideas for days out. Restaurant staff organised surprise birthday cake for me Breakfast was fine, standard fare, but restaurant served good food. Bedroom was on the smaller side, but views from our little balcony made up for it. Small spa, with sauna and steam room, which we used several times. Hotel clean and looked newly decorated. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I booked a last minute break to Montenegro and chose Palma due to it's proximity to the airport and sea views. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and we had 2 small balconies, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the small sitting room both with stunning sea views. The hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming. Although there were no tea & coffee facilities in the room, on arrival we asked for a kettle which was promptly provided. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great selection of hot and cold food to suit all tastes. Bus station was a short walk up the road with services to various points in Montenegro. We even caught a bus to Dubrovnik in Croatia. A short amble along the promenade gave easy access to some great restaurants with stunning sunsets. The beautiful port was also a short walk away, alongside the designer shops, if that's your thing. All in all, a great hotel in a stunning location. Only downside for some people might be the beach which is stony rather than sandy.

Lovely setting for the hôtel. But for me that’s where it ends. Staff are not friendly and make guests feel uncomfortable. No tea/coffee facilities in room and no sun loungers as advertised out. Would not return !!!!

The hotel is in a beautiful location on the beach minuets from the harbour, the hotel was clean comfortable and nothing was to much trouble for the staff Breakfast was a buffet style serving hot & cold dishes presented lovely The spa was certainly worth a visit after a day out adventuring it was lovely to come back to Would highly recommend location and hotel

Wow! What can I say, this place is a hidden gem. We went to Montenegro for a three day family break. We stayed at the Palma Hotel in Tivat. The location is beautiful and breathe taking. The Hotel is immaculate and the staff are kind and friendly, always happy to help with anything you should need. This hotel also provides a spa and a restaurant with a great selection of food. The hotel in is on the sea front with a Harbour surrounded with stunning mountains. I'd highly recommend hiring a private boat for 60 euros per hour, for a tour around the different islands. Read less I can honestly say the most incredible place we have ever been and look forward to returning in the future.
