At the entrance I was immediately welcomed by the general manager Natasha and even the hotel owner Ivana! Both of them were extremely kind and made sure to inform me about all of the amenities of the hotel, as well as help me with reservations for beach bars and restaurants in Tivat during my stay. My room was located on the second floor and had a side view of the sea. The apartment itself was quite spacious and most importantly very clean (it was a one bedroom, two bathroom apartment). The pool and spa area were quite nice - I didn’t use them much as I spent most of my time at the beach. Although my stay was short, I managed to try several dinner options from the menu. Some of my recommendations are the Mediterranean Delight, Roasted pepper roll and Lamb Tandoori! Overall I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and will surely visit when I’m back in Tivat!

Fantastic stay! The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Whoever called this villa Royal had a great sense of humor. Negative points were: 1. bathroom! The bathroom is ready for a royal upgrade. 2. Electrical fittings need to be fixed! 3. It is very dark in the room even with lights on. And only 1 stool to sit on in a double room. 4. The website says that the hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. It was also written on our booking confirmation. It appears to be ”window decoration”. The good part was that the hotel arranged pick up for us at the airport for 4 euro. But during our 5 minute ride to the hotel, the inflation in Montenegro apparently raised 50% and we were charged 6 euro by the driver. Good points were: 1. Good staff! Very friendly and helpful. No complaints about that. 2. Good breakfast. Very friendly lady in the kitchen. 3. good location. Close to the city center, bus station and airport. Actually you can walk everywhere. 4. the hotel provides tourist registration. 5. good wifi Actually we found our stay at this place quite ok. If the problems mentioned above are fixed, it will be absolutely a good place to stay in Tivat. As we found out - this business consists of 4 different properties. We booked through a hotel booking engine and that's when you get a greater chance to be sent to the cheapest accommodations. Let's hope that the other properties correspond more with the word royal.

This is a guest house where the owners live on the first floor and rooms are rented out on the second floor Registration will be done upon request. Of the minuses: check-out before 10 am is not serious The kettle doesn't work There are kitchen utensils, which is a big plus, but the frying pan is completely scratched, it is impossible to cook without anything burning, and there is also no oil The kettle did not work, there were no tea accessories Wi-Fi was a little slow and worked intermittently There was always hot water The curtains are not blackout, so in the morning the sun shines directly into your eyes.
