Very good hosts. Our room (No. 7) was very small, carpet was dirty with stains, wallpaper peeling off wall, paintwork chipped, etc. All a bit tired.

Sue and Chris gave us a warm welcome just as they did a few years ago when we stayed with our daughter. Our room was perfect, great size with en suite bathroom. Wonderful shower! And everything was spotless. We had two really comfortable nights sleep, and our breakfast was amazing. My husband opted for the full English with Chris' homemade sausages and Sue's homemade sourdough. This is a wonderful, friendly little guest house!

Ideal for what we needed. Owners friendly and accommodating. Room clean. Close to wetherspoons and a good curry house. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices

Not sure where to start. Last stayed here BC (Before Covid) Chris and Sue are still as we remembered them even with an addition to the family. The food at breakfast is absolutely delicious even home made sausages. Going back a few years this was a Four in a Bed winner and if you stay here you can see why. If we should ever visit Tiverton again The Angel Guest House will be our first choice to stay.

Fabulous fine. Excellent value, brilliant owners , very comfortable and convenient and best of all, managed my gluten free needs perfectly. Breakfast was delicious including home made jam.
