Lovely quiet hotel with nice views overlooking hills.
Lovely breakfast.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
Easy parking on site.
Convenient location to visit Villa D’Este and other places in Tivoli.
Short walk 15 to 20 minute walk to town centre and shops and dining options.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful!! Looking out over the city on the terrace and seeing Rome in the distance by the breakfast room was one of the best parts of our entire trip to Europe. It was such a lovely charming place to stay in Tivoli. Our host was amazing! Thank you!!

While our room didn’t have a balcony or patio, we did have convenient access to a spectacular terrace with a sensational view. The host was very gracious and helpful. Absolutely great lodging.

This is an average b and b in Tivoli. The room was OK but we did have problems with the air conditioning unit in our room. We had to mop up twice as it kept overflowing. The shower needs to be replaced, the handle kept coming off in my hand and we struggled to get hot water. Unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars.

Situato in una zona tranquila di Tivoli, si arriva in centro: in macchina 2 minuti, camminando 10 minuti. Ambiente accogliente con giardino, posto auto disponibile. C Bella camera al primo piano con un comodo bagno. Ampia sala per la prima colazione a buffet con una vista stupenda. Pulizia al top! Il padrone di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Complimenti.

Struttura tenuta bene con un bel giardinetto e un piccolo terrazzino con vista sulla piana di Roma.Le camere ampie e spaziose con bagni ristrutturati e modernizzati. Il servizio di pulizia è molto buono.La struttura offre una discreta colazione ma si potrebbe dedicare un po' più di attenzioni su alcune cose.In questo B&B secondo me manca un po' di accoglienza.Per il resto un piacevole soggiorno.
