El trato es espectacular! Te reciben con una bebida de cortesía, todo su personal súper amables y sonrientes. La limpieza está 10/10 y las camas súper cómodas! La comida no tuvimos oportunidad de probarla pero por el nivel de limpieza que manejan queremos pensar que todo excelente!

The hotel looks nice when you enter it. The room is ok but you hear everything, so noisy!!! Breakfast is very poor, a small bowl of fruit, yoghurt and a tastless roll with watery coffee. But the noise from the outside was the worst, we haven’t slept at all during our stay, even with the earplugs we bought….This hotel is overpriced, not worth the money!!

Our stay at Dex Hotel Tlaquepaque was far from pleasant. The hotel is extremely noisy; you can literally hear conversations from the street even though we were on the second floor. Having traveled in Mexico for many years, we understand things can be louder than in Europe, but this was unbearable, especially considering the street was relatively secluded. Moreover, the organization at the hotel is amateurish with a clear lack of proper management. The pool water was murky, the breakfast was poor, and the lock on our room door was nearly impossible for a novice to operate. The only aspect that matched high standards was the price charged for a night's stay, which suggested a level of quality that was not delivered. In short, I do not recommend this hotel.

Newer boutique hotel in the heart of Tlaquepaque. The rooms are quaint and modesty sized with small balconies. The staff are all warm, friendly, and helpful of your needs. A modest continental breakfast is included each morning but there is a breakfast menu with plenty of options for a reasonable cost. The only things we did not like was the lack of lighting in the room. With only one overhead light, and no bed side lamp, it was a bit uncomfortable in the evening, while the Queen beds are tiny and smaller than expected and not the most comfortable for tall guests. Overall, the hotel is clean, secure, and walking distance to plaza for all your shopping and dining needs. One more mention, the staircase/rotunda area outisde the rooms can be noisy depending on guests and staff. Either way we will likely be back.

The hotel was very nicely renovated and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. All the of employees were very helpful and supportive of all of our needs. Michelle from the front desk went above and beyond helping us when a car arrangement did not go as was advertised by the transfer company. I can not thank her enough for her help and follow up. The location gave us easy access to the Tlaquepaque walking street.

Excelente el personal, principalmente el muchacho del bar y restaurante, una atención cálida , las habitaciones son tamaño razonable, el baño amplio , solo como sugerencia más luz para maquillarse y en la habitación una lamparita… solo algo ruidoso porque timbran mucho temprano y se oyen platos y trastes ya tarde, nada que unos tapones de los oídos no solucione.
