It's been a while since we last went on a family trip, and this time we specially booked a room with an open-air bath. The food and room were fine, but after we returned to the room after dinner we saw this. It was so disgusting, I felt like I was going to puke! How do you take a bath?! It's strange that we booked a room with an open-air bath but never took a bath, it would have been cheaper if we had booked a normal room from the start! When I told the front desk about this problem, all they could say was "That's a lot, I've never seen this before, I'm sorry," it was so disgusting that I won't be returning!

The staff were very friendly and I was able to relax. The food was delicious, including the spiny lobster and the complimentary yellowtail shabu-shabu. The breakfast was light and refreshing, and I was able to soak in the hot springs in the morning. The room was noticeably worn out, probably due to the price of the accommodation.
