The child only used a set of bedding provided by the hotel and was charged 12,000 yen for 2 nights. 4. The hotel cannot provide food ordering unless reservation is made one day in advance. Breakfast also needs to be reserved in advance for Japanese style or gourmet food and meal time (if you check in, you can only have breakfast at 7 o'clock or 9 o'clock).

The room was clean, the bath was good, and the breakfast was delicious. However, even though it was Golden Week, I thought 100,000 yen for one night without dinner was too expensive. I definitely won't use it again at this price!

This hotel is the biggest surprise in our trip to Mie Prefecture, bar none! The entire hotel is located near the mountains and the sea. The building is an Italian-style castle. The interior is retro-style but very bright! The room has a balcony, facing the sea and trees, it's time to heal! I booked a package that included two meals and one hotel stay for two nights. It turned out that the first day's dinner was a French six-course meal, and the second day's dinner was a kaiseki meal. We chose Japanese breakfast for both breakfasts because they were too luxurious and both were as sumptuous as a dinner. I also took a hot spring bath with my daughter in the evening♨️; the hotel’s service was very generous, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly!

The service is super good. When checking in, the front desk will ask about your plans to come to Toba and then provide several travel plans within an hour. The plans include hotel shuttle timetable, Kintetsu timetable, weather forecast, attraction map, and food. ． It can be said to be a comprehensive interpretation of "home away from home"

Resort hotel is very good

The facilities are older than I thought (the interior was pretty clean, probably because it was renovated), and there is only one key for the room. It seemed that the number of shared toilets was small, but there was a pool and a large public bath, and the children enjoyed it very much. It was a breakfast only plan, but it was good because it was not a buffet, so I was able to eat calmly.

I stayed at Toba in order to visit Ise Shrine. Most of the staff are very attentive to customer service. I enjoyed the Japanese food for dinner. After the appetizer, the main course of wagyu beef steak was served. There were no side dishes when I ate rice and miso soup, so I ate them with pickles. The taste was pretty good. Although it was a weekday, the food was served late. I stayed in a Japanese-Western room. It was spacious and had a good view, so I had a comfortable stay. The amenities in the large public bath were good. There was also facial cleanser for women, which was helpful. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It's near the top of the hill, so the view is good. There is no problem with the staff's attentiveness and response. Breakfast included a choice of Japanese or Western style (the breakfast buffet has been suspended since the coronavirus pandemic), and the portion was sufficient. Our room was on the top floor with an open-air bath, so the view was great. I felt like it would be a good idea to include the deferred payment of the bathing fee at the time of check-out in the accommodation fee. I also thought that if the interior and exterior, which had aged well, were renewed, the reputation would improve even more.

The location is good, as it is right at the top of the hill. The building and facilities show how old it is, but the staff are attentive and helpful, and the breakfast included, which you can choose between Japanese or Western, was satisfactory (since the COVID-19 outbreak, the breakfast buffet has been discontinued). The room had an open-air bath, so the view was great from the top floor. I think the hotel's rating would be higher if it were renovated inside and out. I felt it would be stingy to include the bath fee, which can be paid at check-out, in the room rate.

I decided to stay here because of the New Year sale and Mie discount on a travel site. I thought that the oldness of the facilities was inevitable because it was Toba. The oldness of the European-style solid construction made it even more attractive. The staff were polite and the cleaning was thorough, and it was nice from the entrance to the front desk. When I opened the room, the wallpaper on the lintel at the front was peeling off. What a shame. It can be easily repaired without asking a professional. The bath and toilet were renovated and clean. There was a pet and tatami corner, but there was only one TV, which could not be seen from the tatami corner, and it was too small for pets to see. Recently, many hotels have two TVs, so I think it's better to consider the location if you only have one. For dinner, we had French (Western) food. The restaurant was a cafe dining room with a good view below the lobby. There was a huge ``emergency exit'' sign. A table was set in front of it. It ruined the atmosphere. If you really want to display it, there are stylish ones that are phosphorescent or thin. The room is completely glassed from floor to ceiling, but the thick aluminum bars are at eye level, which bothers me. It's a shame because the view is so beautiful in the morning. Japanese food is on the fourth floor and Western food is on the second floor. It's a Western-style hotel, but they put a lot of effort into Japanese food. Maybe the food from the New Year sale was poor? I didn't feel full. What was brought to me was more like an appetizer, with the words "Here comes the main course." Nothing felt substantial, so I didn't feel like I'd eaten anything. I couldn't drink much alcohol either. Everything tasted great, and the menu even had the chef's name printed on it, so it was a shame. The menu said "recommended dish," so I think it would have been nice if they'd said something like, "Men should order the course + recommended dish." I made a reservation because it was cheap with the New Year sale and the Mie discount, but I don't think they should have served food that was worth the price. I don't know when the fruit for breakfast was set, but the mandarins and kiwis were dried up. It's a shame to start the morning off. The hot spring was really good. The bath, changing room, room and balcony were all well-cleaned. The staff at the restaurant, front desk and shop were all friendly and nice. There were a few small disappointments.

Breakfast should be Japanese food. In fact, even though I had made a reservation for the Western meal plan the night before, there were many people who wanted Western food for breakfast the next day, and it was only ready at 9:45. Japanese food can be ready by 7:00. When I heard that, I thought for a moment. I came on a trip, felt offended, and didn't want to raise my voice, but an adult agreed to deal with it. The venues are different: Western food is on the 2nd floor, and Japanese food is on the 4th floor. The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant on the 4th floor, which has a glass-enclosed ocean view. The view is much more beautiful than the view from the room. (My room was on the 1st floor.) Please enjoy a relaxing breakfast from the 4th floor.

The hotel required guests to pay a bathing fee of 150 yen in addition to the 150 yen bathing tax. It was my first time staying at a hotel that charges a bathing fee. The Japanese-Western room I booked was spacious and nice, but I thought it would be difficult to use the 3-step staircase inside the room.

The lobby was on the 3rd floor and I expected a good view, but the room was on the 1st floor. A disappointing view of the ocean visible through the gap between overgrown trees and weeds. The room itself was normal, but the sofa was worn out and the tension dropped drastically. The exterior walls were also visibly dirty, so I wondered if they were operating on the bare minimum in these times when everything else was short-staffed.

It is a members only hotel, but if you are not a member, you can stay at a hot spring inn starting from ¥11,000. Dinner costs ¥11,000, and the Western food is wonderfully seasoned, so it looks like it would cost about ¥20,000. There are also options for spiny lobster and lobster. The cocktails are also of a high standard. Western cuisine is served by Masami Fujita (male) chef. I had Japanese food for breakfast, but I wasn't particularly impressed. The bread is delicious, so I think Western food would be good for breakfast. There are many guests at the hotel.
