The hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.

There is almost no electronic equipment in the room, the door is a very old bullet lock, and even the safe is a key. There is no washing machine in the hotel. The nearest laundry room is about 30 minutes walking distance. I wash my clothes at the hotel. Remember not to hang on the wooden railings of the balcony. 3. About food: The package includes breakfast and dinner. Because of staying for two nights, the hotel is very intimate and has prepared different packages for us for 2 days. The lobster, abalone and beef ingredients are the same, and the production method is different. In addition, the dinner is eaten at the restaurant. If you need to eat in the room and each person has to charge more than 100 RMB, it feels unnecessary. We still choose to eat at the restaurant. The Japanese-style tatami space is quite large, not the 6 square meters reported by Ctrip, it should be considered as 6 posts! About ten square meters. The room is separated from wet and dry. The toilet room is on the left of the door and the bathtub is on the right. Because there are natural hot springs, we did not use the bathtub in the room. The hotel provides disposable towels and toothbrushes and toothpaste, which can be taken away. The towels are thin but the quality is okay. You can’t put your own things in the refrigerator because it’s said that it’s mischarging. To avoid trouble, it’s really useless. Convenience stores at Toba Station close at about 9 o'clock, restaurants generally close at 6 o'clock, other than that, there are no convenience stores nearby. So if you arrive late, you must buy food at the departure station.

The hotel has convenient transportation and good surrounding environment. The layout of the rooms is elegant and not lost. It is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive. It is very comfortable and pleasant. Very good, I like it.

Lived in Room 501 that day. The window lock is broken and there is no one to repair it, which makes the security insecure! The water from the shower head drains into the bathtub 🛀... (So disgusting...). There are not enough parking spaces, and two parking spaces are occupied by those motorcycles. I dare not go out at will, for fear that there will be no parking spaces after returning! It is inconvenient to go up many stairs when dragging luggage by hand! However, it is worthy of praise: a waitress helped to take a piece of luggage, thank you very much...! Because I only stayed for one night, I don’t plan to stay in this hotel again in the future! So, I didn’t take any photos, so sorry!

An old style western hotel but in general clean. The staff very nice and helpful. I asked them to help phone a restaurant make booking. I didn't realize the restaurant did not open yet. The hotel staff tried calling the restaurant a few times but no one answered. Finally, the hotel staff sent the restaurant a message. I didn't request the hotel staff to do so but they did it on their own. Without the hotel message to the restaurant, we would not be able to have a nice osyter buffet. Thanks them very much. If I have to complain, I should say they have to clean the bath room more thoroughly. The toilet and bath room inside the room were just totally renovated a few years but there were already black stains and mould on the wall near the bath tub. Also, there's dust on the hand rail in the toilet.
