The food was horrible to be honest that would be the only thing I think they would need to fix in terms of a hotel location

Comfortable rooms, ocean view , excellent carribbean food and other European dishes.
Managers afforded us an opportunity to celebrate a 60th birthday privately boy providing a verandah / open air venue . We had to provide all the party stuff, cake drinks, decorations and there was a pennysavers store nearby - driving 15 mins away .
Excellent vacation for a mid price range .

The manager was extremely helpful and made our holiday the best it could be. The staff are absolutely amazing, caring and friendly. The food is good and includes US/UK food. I see there are negative reviews of the food but there are enough choices to satisfy all. There will always be an element of repeat dishes at any all inclusive resorts when you stay more than one week (we stayed 2.5 weeks). The beach is magical when turtles come to lay their eggs and you could not ask for a better location. If you have witnessed a turtle laying her eggs, you will know how moving it is. The resort is right next to the beach and there are amazing sunsets right in front of you. The resort is clean and beautifully landscaped and the pool is both immaculate and pretty. The manager pledged to help support the turtle conservation through guest donations via a collection box where the turtles can be witnessed from the resort. We are going again in 2024 after visiting the resort multiple times.

The resort was always clean. The staff very friendly and every night was entertainment. The limbo and singers were splendid. The beachfront was beautiful and the food was always to die for. Spent 3 nights with my daughter in law and this is her third and my second. We'll definitely return. Ideal for couples and families.

Talk about a complete hustle. My experience was horrible. The property is dilapidated. I booked and paid for all inclusive and received a confirmation for that and was told despite what my booking says I can only get bed and breakfast so I had to come out of pocket extra. We booked 2 rooms, 1 checking out on the 12th and the other on the 14th and on the 12th they checked out both rooms and again told us that despite what our reservation was saying we could only get 1 more night with the other room. It was as if they were making it up as they go along. On top of that the staff at the front desk was extremely rude. I will never return to that or any establishment belonging to this group. You can't even get a proper email for the head office to lodge your complaint. Total lack of transparency. We hated our stay here!

The beachfront was adequately maintained.However the beach chairs and tables were dirty and broken . The rooms were poorly cleaned. The bathroom fixtures needed proper cleaning. The price for dinner is overly priced for the value and quality of the food served.
The staff is very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast is amazing and the nightly entertainment is mediocre..
The resort has a lot of potential to be a five star.. investment is needed to realize it's potential

Excellent location very friendly and accommodating staff. In May 2024 we witnessed turtles coming on to the beach to lay their eggs whilst eating our meal in the restaurant. Plenty of opportunities to see turtles somewhere on the beach most evenings. I was also amazed at the number of fish and see bird in the area and witnessed pelicans catching their food daily. Was lucky to have bumped into a guy on the beach called Bobby "Woody" Hall who runs various Tours. All the tours I booked were amazing much better value than others advertised. He added a personal touch to the island tour took my wife and I to many locations without the crowds of tourists. Also booked the deep sea fishing trip and reef tours.
