リピーターです。野球応援の為に宿泊しました。今回最上階の部屋でベルーナドームが見えてロケーションが良かったし、相変わらず部屋も綺麗なのと朝食美味しいのでまた利用します。

Hotel is within walking distance from the train station and there's a convenience store directly across the street.
Very friendly staff.
Stayed in a non-smoking room which was clean and well kept, didn't have any issues with smell.

The staff are considerate and have good English communication skills. I temporarily stayed in the hotel for one more night but had to change rooms. They were so good that I didn't mind. I could see that the staff were very cooperative.

2023年12月31日から2泊利用しました。 ツインルームでしたが、ベッドはシングルのわりに広く寝ていてラクでした。 アメニティ類はフロント脇に置いてあり、必要な物を自分で取っていくスタイル。 朝食バイキングは、正月だったこともあり、雑煮やおせちが並んでいました。味付けは全体的に薄味でしたが、どれもインパクトに欠けていて種類も少なかったのが残念でした。 スタッフの対応は良かったので、また利用したいです。

なぜかホテル事情の良くない所沢で（さくらタウンのEアニメホテルも閉鎖してしまった。）、駅から比較的近く、頼みの綱です。 楽しみは朝ご飯です。ビジネスホテルでは珍しく地元食材（生*、生*用の醤油2種〔あご出汁、かつお出汁〕、白瓜の漬物、瓜の漬物）を使ったビュッフェで満足できました。 ホテルスタッフもいろいろと柔軟に対応してくれて助かります。部屋は標準的なビジネスホテルで、アメニティは必要に応じてフロントで受け取るパターンです。
